Perfect location!!!!

Lovely property, quiet off season cape beauty to enjoy without the crowds. Getting to see the beaches in their natural state was truly beautiful. Small but perfectly appointed home for two. Can recommend for people who love the natural beauty of the wellfleet beaches.

Central to all of the Cape. The cottage was equipped for our needs and was a great spot to base our vacation.

We had a wonderful couple of weeks in the perfect vacation rental. The cottage had a fully equipped kitchen, and everything we could possibly need for the whole time we were there. Even during the hurricane scare the owner came to put away lawn furniture, change screen windows to storm windows and was very pleasant and respectful. We used the wonderful porch to have meals and privacy since the cottage is one large space. We had great reception on the tv and enough space on the couch and bed to stretch out and watch tv. The bed was very comfortable (although we did remove the mattress pad and suggest they purchase a new better made one so no one would slip around trying to sleep throughout the night.) But overall it was a very comfortable bed for the two of us to get a great night's sleep. I called the property management office shortly after we arrived asking for hangers and before we knew it they were delivered. Del Mar was attentive and very helpful especially with the impending hurricane bringing a bucket in case we needed it. Thankfully the hurricane past without any damage and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The beach is just a short path away and we were able to manage the slope to the ocean as seniors so I think anyone can. The beach was amazing! If anyone wants any more information, we are happy to share. We hope to rent this cottage again in the future. You are guaranteed to enjoy your stay!!!

We loved the location. An easy 4 minute walk to the beach. Less than a mile to a great French bakery/restaurant. The one room cottage was ok, not great. We weren't inside much because the weather was great, but space and amenities were limited. Cramped eating at the table on the porch. No bowls for cereal. But, we loved our stay and love Wellfleet.

This was a great spot for my husband and I. We could easily walk to the beach, there's a great bike rental closeby on the bikepath, and the surrounding area is cute and peaceful.

The property is as described but perfect for my wife and I. We pretty much used it for breakfast and sleeping. It’s a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to Route 6 and into town for restaurants, shops and galleries. The only minor negative was that it wasn’t clear where the garbage bins and laundry were located. I called customer service and they were very responsive. My wife knocked on a couple of doors and met some very nice people. So it turned out to be a positive. Maybe an online map or a note in the house to direct people would be wise. It’s located behind the properties down a short path. This would not keep us from renting this location in the future. Thank you

This place has everything you need and nothing that you don't. Super comfy mattress for a great night's sleep, a kitchen to put together coffee and breakfast, a great screened-in porch to enjoy it in, followed by a quick walk to the beach! There's an outdoor shower with on-demand hot water so you don't track sand into the cottage after your adventures...and a roku TV to cozy up and watch a movie at the end of the day. Just perfect. We didn't venture far from the cottage/beach for the first few days that we were there, it had everything we needed. The perfect place to relax and rejuvenate.
