Stayed Mar 11, 2024The cottage was very clean, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. Extra personal touches were genuine and we truly appreciated each one, from the bathroom items provided if something was forgotten, plenty of towels, to the kitchen amenities provided (pantry snacks, soups, spices needed if cooking, etc), the pergola area for relaxing, and many others. We will not hesitate to stay again anytime we are in the area - we enjoyed being out of the busy traffic of Sedona, and this cottage was perfect for that, but still close enough that we didn’t feel like we were driving far to get to our hiking trails or to the sightseeing areas. Wonderful visit!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969What a cute little place! Jean had so many perfect little touches that made it feel cozy and inviting. From fresh flowers to a hand written note to wine & chocolate. We loved the outdoor area to have our wine and see the views. Definitely a great find!

Stayed May 13, 2025Perfect home base to explore the valley while avoiding the crowds of Sedona. We traveled to Red Rock State Park, Grand Canyon, Cottonwood, Jerome, Prescott and Page Springs Cellars (just down the road) during the day and enjoyed the peace of the lower and upper patio areas late afternoon and night. My husband really enjoyed the birds that constantly congregated around the feeders - many of which were life birds. The cottage was cozy, well equipped and had everything we needed (and more). If we come back to Arizona, we would definitely stay at Page Springs Cottage again.

Stayed May 9, 2025Fantastic!The cottage is beautifully set up with everything you will need to enjoy the peace and scenic beauty of this location. Vineyards and wildlife watching from our private patio was a daily ritual.Hosts Jean and Jim were wonderful and extremely thoughtful and concerned about our welfare. We can’t thank them enough for what they have put together. We will return to this location again.

Stayed Jan 22, 2025The location of this guest house, perched on a hillside overlooking vineyards, was special in itself, but the interior was both extremely comfortable and filled with features that went well beyond our comfort expectations. Add to that a guest-welcoming bottle of wine and chocolates, and it's a recipe for a memorable stay.We had a wonderful time, and would love to return.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This Italian villa style cottage provides a very comfortable and scenic experience. The view of the hills and the winery below is breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out at the fire pit and watching the sunset after a day of hiking on the Mescal Mountain Trails. We can't say enough about the amenities. The owners of this cottage put a great deal of effort into making sure the guests are well taken care of. There are so many provisions. We were even greeted with a fine bottle of wine and locally made chocolate. The family lives on the property. They are available if you need anything during your visit. If you stay here once you will want to stay here again!

Stayed Oct 31, 2024The guest house was perfect and the hosts were very welcoming! They left us yummy chocolates from Gayle's chocolates...do get some to take home, so delicious! They had wine waiting for us, and lots of goodies in the cupboard. Other hosts will have a high bar to follow now! Close to the Verde Canyon Train ride and Dead Horse Ranch State Park. Cottonwood is a cute little town to walk around too. If you want great pizza/Italian try out Bocce in Cottonwood, OMG delicious!

Stayed Oct 19, 2024This gem of a property made us feel at home - but a better version! Tucked away for maximum privacy but within a few minutes of multiple wineries, this was an amazing stay. Owners, Jean and Jim, were welcoming while respecting privacy. The little personal touches throughout the property - from chocolates upon arrival to toiletries and coffee pods - were above and beyibd the typical rental. Highly recommend!

Stayed Feb 16, 2024I don't want to say too many good things, because I want to go back and don't want it to be hard to rent!!! The bungalow is super cute. You're within a stone's throw of four wineries. The owners really go above and beyond with the personal touches. I was there over the weekend just after Valentine's day, and they had a couple of candies out, they had a Valentine's welcome card, wine, etc.... These little touches just added to the experience. There's a great little seating area that overlooks the valley. Definitely worth the rental!!!
