Upstream Cottage | Near Downtown Asheville and Trails | Hot Tub and Balcony | Pet Friendly

We were in town for just a quick visit so we didn't get to use the kitchen much. The house was awesome and located in a great place. The hot tub was great but we didn't get to use it much because of our short stay. We would definitely stay again!

Great house

Place and location was great! We have visited Ash like several times. Love taken morning walks just right across from the home. Great location to get to everything. The internet kept dropping. It was also brought to your attention that we couldn’t stream or use their Internet service. So probably not the best if you’re thinking of working from home. The hot tub was refreshing, but unfortunately, the tree above the hot tub was dropping these huge lime size objects, objects, which could be very dangerous. I recommend putting a some type of canopy over top. Cause it would definitely hurt if it fell on your head. Home did have everything you needed in the kitchen and in bathrooms. Beds were super comfortable. The living room was great with enough seating for everyone. More than enough.

Beautiful cottage and nice quiet neighborhood with easy access to points of interest. thought pets weren’t allowed, however there was lots of pet hair and the couches had the smell of dogs.

This home is as described. Very clean inside! I do think the outside porches and stairs could use a good Powerwashing. Location is convenient to everything. Beds were too firm for my liking and comfort. Kitchen dishes cups and utensils need updated. We had a nice time but can’t give this property 5 stars.

Great single family home in West Asheville. Stayed one-week and this was a perfect landing spot for our family. Layout of house and rooms worked well for our extended family with kids. Having the hot tub was great. The front decks were fantastic. While not a ton to walk to straight from the house Everything was a close drive.

The house itself was OK-didn’t quite live up to the pictures in the listing.Problems that stuck out to us:-Not a neighborhood feel. Steep road and houses on top of each other.-Cleanliness was decent but men’s work gloves were left on the counter along with toilet paper on one of the bathroom floors at check in. Things in the house felt used and neglected-rusty shower curtain rod/broken light switch and reciprocal covers/unsafe chair on porch (almost collapsed/gutters were overflowing. For the nightly price of the home we were excepting something a bit more well maintained.

Great location and house for five ladies enjoying a break from teaching with a visit to Asheville!

The house was lovely and very nicely stocked with the essentials and they even left a bottle of wine and some snacks. Bedding and towels were great quality. Made us literally feel like we were staying with friends. This is not a good choice for people with babies or small children.

Place was exactly as advertised, owner was accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Our family of four had an amazing time visiting Asheville and staying in this lovely property. Very clean and modern.

We loved the beautiful house and the hot tub, as well as being so close to Carrier Park and the trails along the river. We definitely plan to stay here again!
