Hello the house it self is nice there was a few thing wrong the key box to get the get put gave us problems the location of the house was not what we wanted there was cat hair all over the bathroom towels was kind of crazy two big towels and 5 floor towels with 2 wash clothes the bed in the room was not comfortable on one side it seemed to be more sore down we ran out of propane in the middle of cooking our dinner and was out of propane for 13 hours the own did apologize and sent me back 100 which was ok but my dinner alone was 100 that I was cooking plus I had to go get food so my kids didn’t go to bed with out eating . The bugs outside the door was crazy. We left a day early.
Nice and cozy. Great location close to London Bridge and beach on site. Host went above and beyond
We decided not to stay there as it was not what we thought it was suppose to be. It was a trailer in a trailer park. The bed mattress was thick piece of foam on top of bed springs!
This is a nice quiet place with a great view. Nice car port. Smart Tv to watch inside while chillin on the couch. Ac works good. Great kitchen with everything you need. Big outside patio you can sit in the bar stools and view Lake Havasu. The patio has a gas grill and a wood/charcoal grill and fire pit out back.
We enjoyed our stay. Great location close to lake and amenities. Thank you for opening your home to us!
Very cute little house! Perfect for 2 people. there was a little bit of confusion when checking in with the ladies at the front but no problem. Amazing location, close enough to the lake and boy was it was HOT! We stayed during the hottest time of year, the AC worked but the house didn't get cooler than 83°, slightly uncomfortable. Very easy drive to all the things in town, the grounds were quiet, always had our own space at the beach. Neighbors were very friendly. The house was.. relatively clean. Nothing that made me feel gross but there was some trash from the person who stayed before, crumbs and sand on the floors. We did have little visitor as well, I know it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to live in a house and not have a mice run around at some point. I usually wouldn't post about the little guy but the lack of care or urgency to rectify the situation when I let the owner know he had a mouse in the house gave me a bad taste in my mouth. Night 1 we saw him so the next day we bought a few traps on our own money. (a whole $5!.. sarcasm no big deal). But I let him know and he didn't seem worried, said he Had never had that problem before and can send a cleaning person to lay traps. I would have been fine with that but he didn't respond with this until the afternoon of the NEXT day and by then we had already got our own. Didn't apologize or offer anything to make us feel more comfortable as we had 4 days left. Other than that, a very cute little place to live. Gave us the push in the right direction meeting new people and exploring the town. Would come back to Crazyhorse !
Hard to keep cool in afternoon and during the night. Could use some fans. Fan in bedroom could be tightened. Very noisy. Everything else was great!
Overall this property is nice and was perfect for my family. I will say the beds are not comfortable at all, like sleeping on coils. The bathroom smelled of urine, not sure if there is a plumbing issue. When we arrived the bathroom handsoap was empty, so you may want to consider bringing your own and the bathtowls are thin and very small. Part of the upgrades would be better quality towels. Overall a good stay and would consider this place again.
Good location, good amenities overall. Agree with another review that towels were extremely basic (tiny, thin, think what you would find at a motel). I am glad we brought our own, I wouldn't have liked to use the towels provided for a whole week. Otherwise the place was very comfortable and clean. Bed and sofa both comfortable, AC works very well, kitchen was fairly well equipped with the dishes and utensils you would want, shower was good with good water pressure. Good overall.
Overall, the property was very clean, but by no means were we close to the river or had river views. The parking was very tight and we had to park our pontoon boat in front of the unit. We couldn't park our truck in the carport as the pontoon was in the way. There were no boat ramps available to rent for daily use. All boat ramps are rented for 3, 6 or 12 months only so if you needed a boat ramp for a few days, you were out of luck.
This was a clean, updated tiny house perfect for 2, though does sleep 4 with 2 queen beds. We had our dog and the heat was so miserable that we couldn't go to restaurants to eat...so we made all of our food in the well-supplied kitchen...it was great! The A/C worked very well so we were comfortable...and the unit is a short walk to the lakefront beach! Water is clear and clean...next time we will bring water shoes for the rocks on the shoreline. Overall a great experience!
Great time
Pros: -Nice inside -Walking distance to water -Free Cable and WiFi -Fire Pit and Grill Cons: -Bathroom smelled like urine -Old spring style bed -Really Small -No view of Water from Rental It’s decent lil spot but I’d stay at a hotel if I could do it all over. It’s about the same price. Check in was a mess. They couldn’t find my info. Then stuck a sticker on my windshield that didn’t come off without using goo be gone. It’s not a horrible spot, just not for me.
Lil place was so nice to stay in. We had to shorten our stay and Todd was very accommodating. It's been updated and is very nice. A few lil things needed for a weeks stay. But not a deal breaker. Proximity to the water was great. Would recommend and would stay again in the future.
The home was exactly as described nice location very clean. Great job on the upgrades. Would stay again
The property was mostly clean. Confusing check in instructions. Bed , furniture and provided towels and linens were as basic as you can get. If your type of person who can sleep anywhere this property may work for you.
The house was easy enough to check into. It was comfortable, well decorated, practical and a nice place to spend your nights after a day on the water. ☺️
