Will’s Cottage was just what we needed for our family. We realise that allowing people on tour farm can be ‘invading’ but we are very grateful for Will allowing us to roam on the farm and being close to the animals. It was food for our souls. Communication via StayCotswolds was also excellent throughout. Best customer service experienced in a long time!

Our weekend at Will's cottage was nothing short of amazing - the location is great, with a few public footpaths at our doorstep for a morning walk and a short drive from things to do like Stroud farmers market, Coaley viewpoint and Woodchester Park to just name a few! The cottage was well insulated (minus degrees outside but still warm without even having to turn the heating on), spacious, clean and well equipped - we'll definitely be back again.

We travelled to Will's cottage to see friends and were delighted with the accommodation. We went as a family with two young kids (5 and 1 years old) and it was great. We loved the open plan downstairs area so the family could all be together, and it was large enough to host our friends who visited for lunch. Just a short drive from some wonderful woodland walks meant it was very convenient to get out and about. The views over the hills was great and we even spotted a family of deer early one morning. The cows from the farm grazed in the field next to the cottage which the kids loved and when we briefly saw the hosts travelling in and out of their farm they were very polite and friendly. All in all a great stay.

Lovely building and very comfortable with all mod cons. Ideal location for exploring the area by car. The owners were welcoming and on hand should we need anything. We went in my husband's car which is an EV. Will's Cottage has a complimentary EV charger. This really is a very much appreciated option and the owners should definitely be complimented for providing this service. Thank you & we would highly recommend a stay at Will's Cottage.

Lovely little barn conversion right next to (but not adjoining) Sarah & Will's farmhouse. Sarah & Will are perfect hosts, welcomed us on arrival, told us about their farm, and were simply there in the background if we needed anything. Cottage is lovely, quiet and secluded, and in addition to our hosts, our neighbours included, Red Kites, Deer, Hares, Ducklings and some very good listening Cows, especially 200398 who enjoyed his conversations with my wife, and even liked his head being tickled. Lovely walks right from the cottage. Historic Bath short drive away, very good Farmers market in Stroud every Saturday, Westonbirt Arboretum a beautiful place to visit, stunning views of the Severn estuary from Stinchcomb Common, and we even managed to watch a Polo match at the nearby Beaufort Polo Club. All in all, a really beautiful and peaceful place to stay, we enjoyed the week immensely.

Great overall experience in a beautiful cottage that is updated on the inside and offers modern amenities. Two very spacious and comfortable rooms upstairs, and beautiful views everywhere. The walking paths were great, our hosts were kind and helpful, and the cookies and juice bottle for the kids were a very nice touch! It was a nice escape for our family of 4 in the Cotswolds. The only thing of notice for folks who may have mobility challenges is that the only bathroom/toilet is upstairs. It wasn’t a problem for us, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would come back again.

A superbly presented cottage with stunning views, only stayed for two nights for a wedding, we would like to come again for a week as it was such a great place and location. A high quality refurb, clean with all the necessary add ons, such as hair drier iron etc. We all loved it!

Myself and my 3 children (10,8 and 6) stayed at Will’s Cottage over May half term. My children loved seeing all of the farm animals on a daily basis. A lovely comfortable spacious cottage which was well equipped. A few additions I would suggest (being a Mum of 3) is a wipe clean table cloth to protect the lovely dining table, plastic beakers for children’s drinks and the option to have twin beds in the second bedroom. The EV charging point is a huge bonus and was one of the main reasons I picked the cottage. Will and his family were very welcoming and helpful, even offering spare bikes and scooters for the children. The views over the countryside are lovely, it is a lovely peaceful cottage. Thank you Will and family.

What a wonderful cottage! I can not recommend this place highly enough, the cottage and the farm itself are both beautiful! Amazing views, cows in the fields, geese by the pond as you drive in, what’s not to love?! Also a brilliant central location to explore the Cotswolds!
