Great 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage on the quiet north end of island. The house is conveniently located and within walking distance (two short blocks) to the beach and close to the intersection of Gladiolus Street/Alamanda Road. This great getaway sleeps up to 4.
The cottage has an open floor plan and it is about 800 sq ft. The bedroom has direct access to a private patio area with washer and dryer. The living room has a sofa, which also becomes a comfortable queen bed. The property

Stayed Dec 31, 2025We had a great time here for a weekend getaway! We rented a golf cart and weren’t 2 minutes from restaurants, shops, and the beach. Highly recommend this Vrbo for your stay!

Stayed Jan 12, 2026Turtle Cottage was the perfect place for a little January getaway. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs and wagon etc, that was so helpful on the short walk to the beach. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the extra pillows! The weather was a little chilly but the hot tub was amazing! Gustavo was very quick to respond to my questions. We plan to come back in the summer.

Stayed May 12, 2025Very nice property, pool and hot tub outstanding. Everything inside clean and new (newer). Met the owner one day, when he was cleaning the yard, Gustavo was great! Would stay there again. Beach was about a two min. walk.

Stayed May 2, 2025Our 7th visit to Turtle Cottage. So relaxing and so close to the beach. Always shop at my favorite thrift shop at Rosen Church. Minnie's Cafe is great for breakfast among many other places. Farmers market was really nice. Enjoyed our stay as always.Steve and GailSeymour, IN

Stayed Mar 24, 2025my Sister and I had a great time. The turtle cottage was a perfect place for us. We love the pool, the hot tub, the outdoor shower and being two blocks from the beach we literally parked our car and walked or rode bikes everywhere. We will definitely stay here again. The location is perfect.

Stayed Aug 6, 2024The property was ready for us upon arrival and check in was a breeze! We arrived the day after the hurricane came through and they did a great job with clean up! Plenty of the bathing towels & beach towels. My kids ended up coming with us and the pull out couch was nice. The pool, hot tub and outside shower were phenomenal. So much privacy!
