Fuel and power are included. To the outside there is a shared garden and gravelled area with furniture, along with parking for two cars. Pets and smoking are not permitted. On-site facilities include a laundrette with washing machine and tumble dryer, a play area, games room and table tennis. Shop 1.8 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 2.4 miles. 7 Ty’n Don is a lovely escape, whatever time of year.

Aberaeron is perfectly positioned to enjoy boat trips and watersports, or coastal and countryside walks and cycle rides. Short drives to Cardigan to the south, or Aberystwyth to the north offer more shops, craft centres, museums and cinema or theatre visits. A wonderful Mid Wales location all year round.
