When bedtime beckons, the barn features 3 modern, relaxing bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature king-size beds and the third bedroom has two singles, each room offering an ensuite bathroom for added convenience. The ground floor king bedroom has the advantage of a full wet room and patio doors that open onto Tithe’s private patio area with magnificent views. The rooms provide comfy bedding and calming decor, and the contemporary bathrooms feature sleek and stylish designs as well as modern showers and two bathtubs where you can indulge in a relaxing soak.

Guest Access:

You have the use of the whole barn and patio in-front of the entrance door. There is a large lawned communal area as well. Plenty of off road parking as well.

Little Upton Farm lies only 5 minutes by car from Ryde’s Town Centre with its marina, boating lake, children’s rides, indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, bowling Greens, as well as having many international restaurants, pubs, cafés, boutiques, and antique shops. Something for everyone. Whilst the 6 miles of golden, gently sloping sandy beaches are ideal for bathing in the summer and breath-taking embracing walks in the winter. There is no better way to start your day, than taking a brisk walk from Ryde to Seaview while watching the sun rise, then pop into a café in Seaview and walk home.



Getting Around:

There is a bus stop up the road at Upton Cross that goes hourly into Ryde where there are superb transport link all around the island.
