EARLY CHECKIN/LATE CHECKOUT. This tiny A-Frame is tucked away in the wonderful Black Oak community on Table Rock Lake. Walking distance to the community shoreline. Tiny A-frame is centrally located to several vacation destinations. Dogwood Canyon or Black Oak Ampitheater, 10 minute drive. Marinas, 10 -20 minute drive. Shepherd of the Hills, Top of the Rock, Big Cedar, Silver Dollar City, Thunder Ridge Arena, all 25-40 minute drive, different directions. Eureka Springs, AR approx hour drive.
The space
This is such a cute little A-frame (named Bella Vita), completely updated. This small A-Frame has two bedrooms, one on the main floor (queen bed) or climb the ladder to the loft, where there are 2 twin size beds. Great view of the lake from this loft.
We have created this space with your vacation in mind. We also realize that your family vacation might include your pets. They are always welcome in our little A-frame. An additional cleaning fee will be applied. The local welcome dog (Murphy) may visit you, but the community does request all outside pets be on a leash.
This house is perfect for a romantic retreat, or a place to make some great family memories. This little A-frame is laid out to encourage the guests comfort and serenity. The fire pit is exclusive to this A-frame. Perfect place to create some wonderful lake memories. There is a charcoal BBQ grill.
Guest access
The house sits between two roads. So, there is enough parking in the front for a vehicle plus another space in back (the back drive is very, very steep). And of course, there is NO fee for parking at the house.
Other things to note
We love this community and really appreciate our great neighbors. So, we do not allow parties in our short-term rentals. But, we do own 2 other homes in this community and we do allow family reunions, or similar events. If you have any questions, feel free to inquire.
Baxter Marina is about 10 minutes from this cabin.
If you do visit the community shoreline, please do not get on the docks. They are privately owned.
It is very important to me that this is a great fit for our guests. If you have any additional questions, feel free to send me an inquiry.
We loved how they had thought ahead for our comfort and enjoyment. There's the basics in the kitchen. Grill outside. Wood for a s'mores making fire. A 2 person swing on the deck. Camping chairs in their carrying bags in the corner. A comfy bed. A shower big enough for 2! A closet. And on and on! The view is great out the patio doors. It was very quiet and we enjoyed our get- away weekend! Would love to come back!
OUR ANNUAL MOTHER/DAUGHTER TRIP WITH OUR 2 DOGS. CABIN WAS EASY TO FIND, CLEAN, STOCKED WITH ESSENTIALS AND IN A GREAT LOCATION BEING CLOSE TO SO MUCH. WE ENJOYED OURSELVES VERY MUCH AND LOVED JUST HANGING OUT AT THE CABIN.
We enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and just the right size for the two of us. The host was very nice. We would stay again.
My family of five enjoyed this comfy tiny home for our weekend getaway. A 30 minute drive to Silver Dollar City in a cute community just off of Table Rock Lake was just what we needed for a relaxing weekend. Mary was easy to communicate with & a great hostess! I highly recommend this house & would happily stay again!
The place is great. And Mary is Great very helpful and friendly
Nice little cabin in a tucked away community. It was perfect for running around the lake and towns. It was small and cosy with a cool rustic vibe. Definitely hope to stay here again
The cabin was adorable! Very clean and in a great little neighborhood!
Such a sweet little cottage, everything clean and neat as a pin. Loved being able to walk the dogs down to the lake and sitting on the patio gazing at the stars. And all the close eateries were great! Such a relaxing get away!
Check-in and out process was very easy. Host provided great details, instructions and recommendations in and outside of the area. The drive to the cabin, though, consisted of very narrow, steep, and windy roads and not lit at night, however, the community is very quiet. The cabin itself was furnished with everything you’d need, including some basic toiletries, and had plenty ample space despite the small sq footage. Unfortunately, I had to deduct one star because we were not able to enjoy the front bedroom due to the termites and other bugs entering through the cracks of the ceiling wood panels and falling directly onto the bed at night yikes, but we are very grateful for the living room couch and the kids enjoyed the loft. Overall, I’d recommend this cute cabin. Having great and responsive host/hostess(s) definitely made this a pleasant and lovely stay!
The property was nice, located away from town and noise. If you're looking for a quiet lake getaway this is a perfect spot. Branson is about 40mins away and a relatively easy drive.
