Stayed Nov 21, 20256 adults 9 kids. It was a siblings and cousins weekend! The house was a great size with all adult rooms on the main floor and kids up on the 2nd. Everything was clean and maintained. We loved it!

Stayed Sep 24, 2025This place was fantastic! From the private location, to the giant deck, the beautiful view, a tram and huge flat lakefront…it’s a special place. The deck is great for dogs. We stayed in the fall but would love to come back in the summer and take even more advantage of the amenities. The hosts were super responsive and so nice throughout the whole process!

Stayed Jul 31, 2025We were 11, for a family reunion. It was close quarters, but we fit! The greatest feature of the house is the amazing deck. Well shaded but not dank. Everyone enjoyed taking the tram up from the lake, too? Well-equipped house — everything you could need. And great communication with hosts.

Stayed Jul 18, 2025We had a wonderful time at the treehouse. They have an amazing tram that takes you down to the lake. The huge deck is a plus for gathering and offered our pets a place to roam freely outside because it was nicely fenced and gated. Its a very private getaway nestled in the trees. We did have an issue with the hot tub upon arrival. We contacted the host and they worked hard to rectify the situation ASAP. But because it took till midweek, they offered a credit. They were very nice to work with.

Stayed Jul 2, 2025Such a beautiful property and perfect for our family with friends stopping by. The cottage itself is nice and filled with anything you could need in kitchen , etc and the outdoor space is spectacular. Host very responsive when we had question about tram and no issues with checkin. Tram was helpful though stairs not too bad…..hope to stay again!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Got great views of bald eagles over the lake on several days of our stay. House has been updated with new appliances, hot tub, and tram to/from the lake. There are plenty of beds for kids, but would recco no more than 6 adults+older teens as you’ll run out of space. Responsive owner.

Stayed Aug 28, 2024We loved our stay the Treehouse. The private beach is great and the tram was very helpful for the young children and seniors in our group. The outdoor area is so nice for big family dinners and just hanging out enjoying the view. Christine was very quick to respond to any questions and always helpful. We’d love to do it again.

Stayed Aug 17, 2024We very much enjoyed our stay. Christine responded to all our questions right away. The outdoor space is phenomenal. Inside is cozy and quaint. All amenities were accurate. The 3 private bedrooms were comfortable. The “cousins heaven” fits many kids who are happy to bunk together.

Stayed Jul 31, 2024The Tree House was cozy, comfortable and clean. We enjoyed conversations and relaxation on the deck among the trees, all while cozy on the comfortable patio chairs. The tram to the lake front was awesome. We needed a place on Canandaigua Lake that allowed us to have an event. The tree house was perfect! Our family gathered there, along with our daughter’s bridesmaids, to enjoy the beautiful view of Canandaigua Lake while soaking in the sounds and sights of the forest. Thank you for sharing your tree house with us. It helped make dreams come true.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024I booked this venue for a get together with my family and some family friends totaling about 12 people. We had a wonderful time. The view from the deck is wonderful and the outdoor space really allowed us to enjoy the summer weather. The beach was wonderful, though if you choose to take the stair be prepared there are a lot of them. We enjoyed swimming in the lake and using the kayaks that were provided (there were 7) we had 4 of them in the water at one point. We really enjoyed our stay. It really facilitated out annual get together.
