We booked this house for a friends weekend and it was perfect, everything you could possibly need is thought of and made it very easy to have a stress free weekend. The decor is also adorable and it is obvious that the host put a lot of effort into making sure people of all ages and with varying interests can have a good time!

We loved our stay at the Sugar Shack! Very clean, well laid out and the little things (robes in the closet, house slippers for the hot tub, etc.) were such a nice touch. The retro record player (and a great selection of records) put it over the top - made our evenings even more fun listening to some of the oldies. Would definitely come back!

This getaway was for a girls weekend away. We travel every year for our weekend and have stayed in the area before. We have rented MANY places over the years and I can assure you, this was the BEST place we have stayed! It is so clean and pristine! There were so many areas that showed such attention to detail. The kitchen is well appointed and everything you need is there! I love to cook and we typically always eat in. It was a breeze, since everything I needed was there! We loved everything about the Sugar Shack! We slept like babies in those comfy beds and enjoyed the amenities provided. We are already looking to book it again for next year! Thanks Betty, you were great to communicate with and we look forward to returning to your perfect little piece of paradise!

My first time using Vrbo -- won't be my last! Fantastic little cottage, close to our event venues, and full of thoughtful touches. Thanks to our host for making our stay so comfortable. Great record selection too!

Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and basic spices. Appliances were excellent - stove/oven and dishwasher in good shape and easy to use. There is a microwave that we didn't use. There was a Britta in the fridge. There is no drip coffee maker, instead a small french press, a Keurig machine and a small mocha pot. We used the BBQ on both nights, it's gas and super easy to use.

This cottage was excellent for our group of 5 women for a girls weekend. It was very clean and had everything we needed for the stay. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathrooms were spotless and the bedding was very clean and comfortable. The gas fireplace and hot tub was a warm touch!!!

Wow!!! Being our 1st Vrbo stay for our 29th Wedding Anniversary, Betty was the most Incredible host. Our communications were many, but effortless and extremely quick and helpful. I cannot begin to elaborate on how well maintained this property is, the Magickal properties of this home are incredible and are many (the singing microwave still makes me smile). The location to the beach is wonderful and so immediate, but offers a few options. So tranquil and relaxing, and a bird watchers dream! I cannot say enough good things regarding our host Betty, as she is SO incredible to deal with and it was truly a home away from home' experience. Thanks again Betty, and your attention to detail was absolutely a key to our successful vacation. Looking forward to coming back again!!! Thank you again, so much!!!!!
