Stayed Aug 16, 2024I will be coming back to this property in the future. The house is very clean, excellent air conditioning, kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking tools, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom even had shampoo, conditioner and body lotion. Plenty of big and small towels. Having a washer and dryer was such a plus! Owner was quick the her response to my questions. Check in was easy. Welcome package was provided online and had links to restaurants, points of interest, beaches, etc.

Stayed Jun 19, 2024This trip was more than perfect! The cottage was decorated so cute and had everything we needed. One bathroom/4 people and never ran out of hot water!!! We will definitely be back. We enjoyed the beach items and had a blast riding the bikes on the beach! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Stayed May 31, 2024The house is pretty and is very close to the beach. We had 6 people (4 adults and two kids) and it worked out ok, although a little cozy for 6. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer for us was that the wifi was spotty and kept going out. This wouldn't normally be a huge deal for us except that it meant the TV was also out, which was a little challenging when our littles wanted to watch a movie.

Stayed May 1, 2024Came down for my birthday. I love the area between Ormond and New Smyrna and always look for a place along the river or a short walk from the beach. This place was perfect and a comfortable spot to call home for the week
