Stayed Jan 30, 2025We ended up not even staying there and had to find a room at another location. We did feel that that the area surrounding the property was properly displayed and we did not feel safe, as a women to stay there for the night.

Stayed Dec 14, 2025Rachel was an excellent host, she was very responsive and addressed any of our needs very quickly. The space is small but comfortable. We were visiting friends close by and so it was super convenient. It was also a nice walk to downtown Sanford (about a mile or so)

Stayed Dec 11, 2025Quaint stay in a quaint town! Loved my stay at The Sanford Foodie Guest House. It was perfect for my little getaway to visit friends and see Sanford at Christmas! Clean property, heat work well (it was a cold Fla night!), linens were clean, and bed was comfortable! Easy check in and check out process. Thank you, Rachel, I'll be back again!

It was exactly as described in the listing and was perfect to meet our needs. Super cute and convenient. The owner was very professional and communicative. I will definitely stay here again.

A bit difficult to find at first as it is carefully tucked away following an unpaven path. It's a true gem hidden in plain sight. Clean, comfortable bed, spacious, and appropriately priced.
