The kitchenette includes a regular coffee pot and mini fridge, and the fridge is stocked with complimentary beverages. Additionally, all bed and bath linens are also provided. There's a box AC and heating unit for your comfort, and for your entertainment there's a regular TV and stereo unit with a CD player. The remote location of Sophie's Cottage means there is no Wifi service, and only intermittent cell coverage; please keep this in mind when you plan your stay here.

Cute, cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom w/great claw foot tub.very peaceful, country setting. 3 long horns visited me in the backyard. A simple continental breakfast is provided & appreciated. Only things i could think that would make it better is a small microwave & some bottled water.

Not every day you have longhorn cattle as your neighbors for a overnight stay. Great place to stay to experience rural Texas but with all the mod cons. Great bath. Highly recommend

Beautiful property, peaceful and quiet. The cottage was very comfortable and lovely. Joan greeted and showed me where everything was in the cottage. She was warm and friendly and I really enjoyed visiting with her. I would definitely love to stay there again.

I stayed two nights and loved it. The property is gorgeous, and the cottage is charming and comfy. It was a very relaxing experience overall. Joan was warm and welcoming and readily available if needed. I liked that the property was close to the Hill Country State Natural Area, which was the purpose for my visit. I left my stay feeling recharged - I was a little sad to leave. I would definitely stay here again.
