This place was so perfectly situated it lacked nothing. Very well equipped and close to everything!

Great location & enjoyed the house

The hosts were super easy to communicate with as usual. The location is superb. All of our meals and entertainment were a short walk away. The accommodations, check in, and check out were all easy and seemless. We love the Cozy Cottage!

Wonderful location in a charming house. Our second stay here in the Cozy Cottage - perfect place to celebrate an early Holiday with our family. Enjoyed the Biltmore Chateau, including Tutankamen exhibition. Loved the Troll search at the Arboretum. Always something new to discover in Asheville, one of our favorite places! This home lets us focus on our visit without a worry about where we are staying!

Just what we needed walking distance everywhere downtown. House was clean and inviting. Will be looking to see if it’s available next year.

We had the best time at the historic cottage. It was exactly as described and in the best location. Once we parked the car we were able to walk to everything. The front porch was perfect for hanging out. You can hear music from various places on the porch although it wasn't bad inside and we had no problems sleeping.

Location of this house was key. Everything was a short walk away. We loved sitting on the front porch drinking coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. It was perfect little house.

Cool old house. Quiet neighborhood

The house was a perfect setting for Mother's Day weekend with our adults sons, a first visit to explore Asheville with cousins from all around the USA for a greater family reunion & the celebration of our nephew's wedding! Loved it all!The house location was excellent -- easy walking to so many fun destinations downtown! When we weren't out and about exploring, we could kick back, read & relax on the front porch...... and just enjoy the charm, quiet & comforts of the Cozy House! Thank you for making it a sweet home away from home for a long weekend of fun!

Stayed in the Cozy Cottage for 2 nights for a girls getaway. The location of the house was perfect! We walked everywhere. Everything was clean and was well represented in the pictures. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou!!

We love the cozy cottage! If I could rate 'location and neighborhood' 10 stars I would! The house has everything we need and is in the perfect location. We were able to walk to places and enjoy time at the house. The hosts are super easy to work with and always very kind. Highly recommend!

Wonderful old house within a five minute walk of most of downtown - charming, clean and centrally located!

This lovely home was a perfect place for a mom and daughters getaway in Ashville NC. This home is in a lovely neighborhood and walking distance from downtown restaurants, cocktail bars, coffee shops and even a spa! The large front covered porch and furnished porch off the kitchen made easy to enjoy the outdoors when lounging between activities. If you are looking for a great place to stay this is well worth it. Thank you to the hosts for providing everything we needed to have a great weekend.
