Stayed Nov 26, 2021The property was fine. Then came the storm 1st night of stay, impossible to stay in property, as power cut no lights no hot water no heating, absolutely freezing, the owners paid for next night in hotel , which the owner of a restaurant in ludlow arranged for us . Then we had to pay for the rest of our stay, also leave all the food we had bought for the 3 days. I am very much out of pocket for this trip, I am absolutely very disappointed with Sykes cottages , as I have left a complaint with them. As I am doing with you vrbo. I feel I should not have to bear the cost , of this very disappointing trip, I will be awaiting your email ASAP, as I can't find a telephone number for your company.
