The Batch is a pet-friendly holiday cottage located just 500 m from Culburra Beach and 700 m from Warrain Beach. Lake Wollumboola is at the end of the street.
The cottage will accommodate up to 5 people providing 2 bedrooms with a queen and a tri-bunk.
A cosy wood fire for those chilly winter evenings sits in the open plan living area, warming the whole house easily. Cook in the fully functional kitchen or enjoy a BBQ in the backyard.
There is off-street parking with plenty of room for the boat. Pets are permitted and are safe in the enclosed backyard.

All linen (sheets and bath towels) is supplied for your stay and included in the tariff. For the comfort of our guests, we do not triple-sheet. All beds have a fitted sheet, a flat sheet and a quilt with a full cover. BYO beach towels.

This property will consider bookings for groups of young people and/or Schoolies, however, these bookings can only be made by application. Please message us; a comprehensive guest registration form must be completed prior to confirmation and a 2000 AUD cash bond is payable. Other conditions apply.

This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.

The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties.
NSW Planning has passed laws that affect guests. The Code of Conduct for holiday renting can be found on our website under the Guest Information tab. In Section 2.5.2 of the STR Code of Conduct, guests have an obligation to ensure the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises (if strata) near holiday rental properties. This means guests have to be very mindful of noise made in or outside the property that can disrupt neighbours at any time of the day.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited.
This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
Our standard check-in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am. We can offer you a complimentary early check-in or late check out time as a gesture of goodwill where booking and housekeeping schedules allow. Please call our team to request this prior to your arrival. Please note that due to demand and housekeeping pressures, no early check ins or late check outs will be granted during the months of December and January. The safest way to secure a later check out or early check in is to book the property for an extra night, please contact us to see if we can offer a special rate for this extra night. Please note that Sunday late check outs must be requested and approved prior to 5 pm on the Friday evening of that week.
Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.

For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.

This house had plenty of blankets dish washer and washing machine . Sadly our stay was spoilt by the lack of a comfortable seat . The lounge and arm chairs are disgusting . You sink to the floor when you sit in them . I read past reviews that stated it now had new lounge . Which is obviously a lie . Had I not read this I never would of rented it for a week . I don’t see the point in reviews if they are dishonest it just makes you look untrustworthy.
Has everything you could ever need for your stay! Even laundry powder for the washing machine! Dogs were safe and happy in the secure back yard & it’s a 5 minute easy walk to a lovely dog friendly beach! Absolutely loved our stay and will be back for sure.
Had a lovely stay .. Agents were super helpful when we had a problem with the Television.. Arrived with a new one and set it up.. Great service would definitely book with the Agency again..
Very unpleasant stay due to bad maintenance and nil amenities in the property.old furniture and non practical;wardrobe main b/room stinks,nil coat hungers?? On arrival dirty underwear found in drawers,other 2 garments found under the bed (put in the bin),light bulbs missing,several missing blinds;blinds around the house completely inefficient;property needs A.C. Badly;shower curtain is moulding;sofa and arm chairs in front of TV filthy and as you sit on you sink in “ because they’re way to old and can’t rest or stay comfortable.
Perfect winter getaway with two adults and two greyhounds. The place is nice and cozy and fireplace kept us warm on the cooler evenings. The place had everything we needed. Beautiful dog friendly beach is 5min walk away, a coffee shop at the end of the street. The backyard was 100% secured for dogs which gave us an extra piece of mind and the dogs loved it. I would highly recommend the place for anyone looking for an affordable holiday stay.
The awful smell in the property could not be cleared by opening the windows. I paid a laundry fee and the sheets were not of good quality. With no A/C I expected the pedestal fan in Bed 2 to be working, but the rotation didn’t work and it only blew air downwards. The door to bedroom 2 was unhinged and could not be used for fear of damaging it. The drawer in the vanity had a broken handle. The dryer didn’t work and washing machine kept freezing mid cycle. Toast could not be made as the sandwich press was broken and the pop up toaster could not be found. This accommodation was not satisfactory for the fee charged. Very disappointing.
No tea towels, sheets or bath mats provided. The stove didn’t turn on. The property appeared to not have been cleaned since last guests as there were dirty towels thrown on the washing machine and the beds were stripped and not even neatly presented. I would like compensation.

We have stayed at this property a few times now and keep coming back. The house is simple but nicely presented with a great backyard for the dogs. Close to the beach with an energetic morning walk to the cafe/shops for breakfast. Plenty of plates, glasses and cooking items makes it easy to prepare simple meals or there is good takeaway and shopping nearby.
