Take It Easy cottage w/ Hot Tub & Finnish Sauna

The place is cute and the host responsive and helpful. The place is clean and up to date, kitchen fully stocked with spices and cooking gear. The place is not big and the rooms are very close quarters but it’s charming and the living area is very communal. The one downfall is the quality of the beds, the mattresses are distorted and thin.

The cottage and the amenities were great. I want to thank the host for being very responsive and friendly.

The hot tub wasn't clean, everything else was perfect.

We enjoyed Take It Easy cottage with our son and his young family. The river was a great swimming spot for our grandchildren and the adults enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We employed the canoe several times for early morning rides. The house was plenty big enough for all and well appointed. Only drawback was that the water was not potable so we had to purchase drinking water. Other than that, we would return without hesitation. Thank you for the lovely bottle of wine and welcome note Anton and Kristina.

The cottage was beautiful inside with all the modern conveniences of a home. The area is simply beautiful. The dishwasher wasn't working for us. The water / river was full of weeds; when you swam the weeds were always touching your body. It was a bit gross. I should have asked about the swimming & weeds before booking. Had I known about the excessive weeds I would have booked elsewhere. We did see lots of wildlife including a baby otter and a water snake by the shoreline and we stumbled upon 2 garter snakes by the cottage.

Location was great as it was near the casino and local golf courses. Washago is close for groceries as well.Place was clean and well kept.

Amazing host and a great cottage

Nice quaint place to relax and look out over the water. Also the grocery store nearby has a lot of clutch items in case you forget anything.

My book club and I stayed at the cottage for a weekend and enjoyed the Hot Tub, lake and facilities Anton had in his cottage. Overall a great weekend! Cozy and Clean

Awesome cottage for our stay. Bedrooms were a little small but all-in-all it was an amazing vacation. Highly recommended!

Location is very accessible. Property was very clean and has almost all essentual househilds. Vuew is very nice. Host was easiy ti communicate with and respind on a timly manner. We will definitely come back.

I've done three cottage trips so far, always around the same time of year. We take a group of 10/12 people and just hang out and spend time together. This was the best cottage we've ever rented

When we entered this cottage, the first look was impressive, with a cottage decor and filled with supplies. The girls particularly loved their loft bedroom. The river was peaceful , making it perfect for stand-up paddle boards that we brought. The canoe provided, the hot tub and the sauna were well used by us. Antone responded promotly when we contacted him. The cleaner apparently did not leave enough compstable bags and hand soap. Antone asked us to purchased the supplies from a local store and he reimbursed us. There was one pen in a drawer not cleaned, but the rest was good. We had good times roasting marshmellows over the firepit. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay there. Thank you, Antone. we too

Very convenient location to get to from the GTA, we had friends coming from different parts of Ontario and all were able to access the location easily. Great outdoor space for a variety of activities like lawn games, laying on the dock, sauna and hottub were great as well. The living room space was smaller than anticipated so we did not use it at all as a larger group. In the summer however this was not a big deal as we spent 90% of our time outside.

Anton was super helpful during the booking process and was available for contact any time it was needed. All around, good experience!

The property was clean and had all the amenities listed available for use. Property manager quickly responded to any questions and concerns.
