Stayed Dec 21, 2025We loved the surf shack!! The surf shack is more than a home away from home, the artistry and attention to details are remarkable. There were so many “extras” that I can’t even list them all! The surf shack is well supplied with just about anything you might have forgotten to bring to your home away from home in Gulfport! Heather was super quick to respond. Check in and check out were easy peasy! We enjoyed our visit and hope to go back soon.

Stayed May 5, 2025The Surf Shack beach cottage really was the nicest VRBO property we’ve ever stayed at (and we’ve never been disappointed with the rentals). It was perfect - cozy, comfortable, super close to the beach. The decor was funky, cool, beachy, artistic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Stayed May 25, 2024Feel like I should quote the B-52s! This is a really neat guest house behind a main house, very close to the beach. It was beautifully apportioned, and also had lots of simple amenities (like coffee pods and soda). We only stayed a night, but would return!
