We loved our 3 night stay at The Quail Cottage! We went to Clarkdale to celebrate our 21st anniversary & enjoyed the local wineries/tasting rooms, as well as beautiful hikes up on Mingus Mountain, and riding the train. The check in/out process was incredibly hassle-free and Celestina had a bottle of wine and pancake mix on the counter for our arrival-very nice! For families, there is an adorable children’s bedroom with bunks, and bookshelf with children’s favorites, and games are in the chest of drawers. The cottage is roomy, and we loved the open living room, kitchen area and wood breakfast bar - and so brightly lit with all of the windows (all darken to sleep in). The couch is comfy for sipping wine or coffee and watching movies on the huge tv. The kitchen is well appointed with everything for making meals at the cottage. Beautiful large gas stove and the large copper sink is gorgeous & drinking from the ceramic/copper coffee mugs was indulgent! The bathrooms have extra large thick towels! And the bed (master) is incredibly comfortable. In the bedrooms there are places to hang items behind the doors. The outside is amazing with large grape plants and fruit trees& rosemary so sitting out on the front porch, or the back are super relaxing. The pool room has a fridge and TV as well- great space!The town itself is very walkable- the Brewery and Violette’s bakery are both great places - everyone is so friendly! We look forward to another stay!

This house had everything you need. A home away from home. Located on a quiet street, clean and the Host was very helpful.

The property is as advertised!! Very nice home with two bedrooms, 2 baths. Kitchen is well stocked with the essentials and nice coffee area. Living room has front window that allows for a great view of the mountain range. Beds were comfortable and clean. Master bathroom is a step-in tub while back bathroom is a walk-in. Washer and dryer easy to use if needed. Back porch area has an outdoor table and place to park vehicle if needed. Game room also available with pool table, led lighting and tv. Neighborhood is very quiet and there is a 9pm quiet time per city ordinance. We can’t wait to return to the Clarkdale/Cottonwood/Jerome area again soon.

Stayed here for the Verde Train... The location is great, the space has some original pieces like wood floors and lovely updates like dimming lights and fully upgraded and well stocked kitchen. The game shed was a great bonus.

Loved the property, a quiet home with everything you could possibly need. The house was a gem and so beautifully done, will definitely be back!

The Quail Cottage is so cute! I'd love to come back and stay longer. My mom and I had a brief stay, but the house was adorable and very comfortable, would be a great place for a girls get away, couples or whoever you like to travel with!

Decided to take a weekend drive to Jerome to get out of the triple digit temperatures. The trip was more than we expected. The cottage exceeded my expectations. We’ll definitely be returning.

We had rez for the Verde Railroad and this cute, clean cottage was super close and just perfect! Everything was just as described, and the next time we come to Cottonwood, we're staying here!

We stayed at Quail Cottage for a weekend trip to the wineries. The place is super cute and nicely done,. Updated and with the all amenities for a great weekend. Highly recommend

Had a wonderful experience staying here! Celestine was extremely attentive and helpful and the house itself was perfect for what we were looking for. A quaint house in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the main attractions. Highly recommend!
