This cozy cottage is located on a dirt road in the woods of Wellfleet, on Lower Cape Cod (2-3hrs from Boston depending on traffic), 10min walk through woods to exclusive Dyer Pond and 10min bike ride to fashionable Cahoon Hollow Ocean Beach.

It is convenient to all Wellfleet attractions and rents by the week (Sunday 3PM check-in to Sunday 11AM check-out).

It features:
• 2 bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with a twin bed),
• a full bathroom withbath/shower and hair drier,
• a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, fridge, and microwave,
• a dining area that seats 4,
• a living area with working fireplace (first 3 logs are included),
• a screened-in porch,
• an additional outdoor shower,
• outdoor deck with bistro table and sun umbrella,
• amenities like Wifi, luggage racks, beach umbrella, fans, board games,
• and non-exclusive access to free washer/drier.

The property is sprayed with nontoxic oils to limit tic and mosquito exposure.

You'll be hard-pressed to find a more convenient location in Wellfleet:
• 5min walk to pharmacy, PJs ice cream/restaurant, and Wicked Oyster restaurant,
• 10min bike ride to Cahoon ocean beach and Beach Comber bar/restaurant,
• 10min walk to Dyer Pond, Long Pond, or picturesque downtown Wellfleet with stores and galleries,
• 5min drive to Wellfleet Theatre or pier activities on bay beach side,
• 10min drive to the famous Wellfleet Drive-In and start of bike path,
• or 20min drive to Provincetown.

There is one parking area that is parallel parking.

We provide linens, towels, basic soap, and cleaning supplies. Bring beach towels, sunscreen, and bug spray. Our water is from a well, and we offer a brita filter; but some guests like to bring their own drinking water.

We recommend you get a weekly parking permit for Wellfleet ponds and beaches, available through the town website.
