Sun and Fun on the beach!!

Year over year we have had great stays here! Such a nice spot for a little getaway

The house was right on the beach. Awesome view. The entertaining space inside and outside was great. The house was very clean and equipped well. It was laid out very well with perfect sized bedrooms. Our stay was very good.

In many ways this is the quintessential modern rental: composite floors, art that says stuff, glass tile. Like the best rentals, it’s also very clean and this one is very quiet. It’s also really bare bones so plan ahead: one bar of soap, one roll of paper towel, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, no pantry items, even salt and pepper, and incredibly, no coffee filters. We appreciated having four bedrooms and two baths but it’s important to note that the house is tiny and shares a lot with another tiny house. On the other hand, the location is terrific, and it is directly on the beach, with very nice outdoor space. All in all, an easy and relaxing beach trip.

This was a great house all on one floor, great location on the beach. Everyone enjoyed it. Do need to replace the outdoor umbrella as we had to use a rope to keep it open. Also the instruction on the frig say garbage pick up is on Mon. It's not. It's Thurs. The need to up date the instructions. Loved the place and hope to rent it next year.

Overall a great vacation despite the weather. Though the storms made for some great waves in the sound! The house was more spacious than I had expected which was great since we were limited indoors during the storms. Was great, the view of the sound was perfect, right on the beach, patio was lovely. Perfect beach and outdoor life for young kids! Such a great relaxing long weekend - the house had everything we needed. Hoping for another stay soon!

All 4 roommates got together for our Fairfield U reunion. Location was fabulous! House was neat and clean. We had a wonderful time! Would have been perfect if some “basic” supplies were there like coffee filters, garbage bags and more than one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. We purchased those necessary items and left them for the next renter. All in all a great week!

The location was perfect. House a little too close to next door neighbor. House was clean. We had good weather and the view of the Sound was lovely.
