Great location in Sandestin resort. Golf carts really enhanced the full Sandestin experience. Took the carts all over the property, to beach and Publix.

The house was perfect for our family vacation. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. Having two golf carts was very convenient. The owners were easily accessible. We will definitely be back.

This house and neighborhood were both beautiful. Wonderful location close to shopping, restaurants and the beach!

Ocean's Reach is everything as advertised. The home is cozy, clean and very nice. The 2 golf carts are great to move around the entire San Destin property. The location within San Destin is close to everything. Definitely recommend and will be back!

We had an amazing time for spring break. Check in was extremely easy. House is new and very clean. The golf carts were great and they were the highlight for the kids. The pool is heated with a hot tub (which not all do). It’s not on the beachside but the golf cart ride made it easy and fun to get to the beach, and it was nice they had beach toys and chairs/umbrella. The rooms were cozy and we had plenty of storage areas for clothes. The kids had the entire upstairs area. We do not have any complaints!

We were absolutely in love with this cottage. Plenty of space for a family of 4-6 people. Superb location. Immaculately clean. Comfortable, quiet. It was just what we were looking for. Golf cart access and extra beach supplies in the porch closet made everything easy and efficient. I strongly recommend this property and would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay over the 4th!! This is our favorite neighborhood within SanDestin and we couldn’t have been happier with the house, the location, and the communication with the homeowners!! Everything was perfectly clean and laid out and all amenities were extremely helpful, especially the golf carts! We hope to come back and stay next year!

This was our first trip to Florida and we had a great time. Everything we needed was at the resort.

Our family of 6 loved our time in SanDestin. The house was fabulous and each of our 4 kids got their own bed. The three bathrooms were great so 4 kids weren’t trying to share 1 bathroom. We loved the pool and hot tub - a short walk from the house. We made several friends at the pool, but it wasn’t too crowded. Wish it didn’t close at 10:00 pm because we were still having fun. We also loved taking the golf carts to the Baytown Wharf! We listened and danced to live music, watched fireworks, played in the arcade and the kids did the ropes course and went on the zip line. Cute stores and fun restaurants at the Wharf too. Such a cool place. Loved that we only needed to rent one bike for the week because house came with several bikes. We had a great time and didn’t want to leave! I would love to rent this house again. Highly recommend!
