Stayed Nov 30, 2025Lovely little cottage tucked down a side street in the centre of Bakewell. Clean and cosy, with a delightful welcome pack and the bonus addition of breakfast at the Old Pudding Shop. Very much recommend (though stairs to bedroom are a bit steep with no handrail)

Stayed Jan 2, 2025Really lovely cottage situated in central Bakewell. Furnished to a high standard, convenient parking and walkable to all the pubs, cafes and sights of Bakewell and rest of Peaks. The food package and breakfast at the pudding shop was a brilliant addition! Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The cottage is centrally located, very cozy with a secure parking spot an easy 5 minute walk away. We loved the welcome basket, the well appointed kitchen, the beds and pillows, the rain shower, the fireplace and the delicious breakfasts at the bakery. The one downside for us was that we could never figure out the central heating and it did get cold upstairs.

Stayed Sep 9, 2024Absolutely loved the location of this property in the center of town with secure parking just around the corner. Check-in at the bakery was extremely easy and their breakfast’s were delicious. The welcome basket, the well-appointed kitchen, the washer/dryer, the beds, the rain shower, the cozy fireplace were highlights for us. Our only problem was the central heating that we could never get to work.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Near to shops, pubs and parking. Lovely breakfast included at the Original Bakewell Pudding shop. The cottage has decent sized rooms and lovely outside area. I think a freezer box in the fridge would be beneficial though.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Nook had everything one needed. It was perfect in every way but a hand rail on the stairs would have been useful
