This gorgeous 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom completely renovated, cottage is the ideal property for your next stay at Kiawah Island. 4182 Baldpate Court is located on a quiet cul-de-sac enviably close to Kiawah’s pristine beach, the five-star Sanctuary Hotel, Night Heron Park, and the shops and eateries of East Beach Village. This stunning cottage offers beautiful scenic woods views from its screened-in porch, balcony and deck. With unique furnishings selected by design professionals and upscale countertops and appliances, your luxurious vacation experience awaits.

House does allow one dog under 50 lbs for a $225 pet fee.

No smoking permitted. Fireplace is not usable.

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights (not available in low season, late Oct to mid Mar)you will receive a valuable credit of up to $210 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

Access to Kiawah's 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; the Sanctuary spa, shopping, dining, and family friendly resort activities including Kamp Kiawah. Free Wireless Internet Access; Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. Property does have linen included. Additional housekeeping services are also available during your stay (mid-week clean or daily trash and tidy). Guests DO NOT have access to the resort pools (Night Heron Park, West Beach, or Tennis Club).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here several days with our two Golden Retrievers and our Cavalier King Charles. The beds were comfortable, tv room nice, and the location is great — especially if you are traveling with dogs. Night Heron Park is right around the corner so we could easily set out to walk our dogs and the convenience of being able to pick up food items from The Nest was perfect. The actual cottage is in a cul-de-sac and the area was nice and quiet.

    Location was great! The house was clean and updated with lovely decor. Kitchen was well stocked with almost everything you need to cook. I would suggest adding cutting board and some sort of glass storage containers. This rental is missing a grill which is HUGE for being at the beach. Other houses had them so it must not be an HOA violation. Another suggestion would be an outdoor shower and hooks for hanging beach towels to dry. There is not a place to dry beach towels and you will get notified quickly if you leave them to dry on the porch railing.

It was very clean, beds were comfy, kitchen well appointed and the screened porch was a favorite spot for our morning coffee. This location is very close to beach access at Boardwalk 18 by either bike or walking and there’s a parking lot across from access if you need to drive. Property was across the street from Night Heron Park, The Nest Cafe and the pool area. Highly recommend! Thank you ESPM for excellent communication and follow up before, during and after our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house and a great location on Kiawah Island. We really enjoyed the large spacious kitchen and dining area. The outdoor porch was very nice, but had some stains on the chair cushions. Overall a great property though there are a few issues that we found. There's black mold on the vent in the Jack and Jill bathroom. One of the ceiling fans did not work in the living room. We did not bring this up to anyone but I'm sure that they would have addressed it if I did.

    The recently updated cottage was beautiful ! The beds were very comfortable. We couldn’t believe all of the kitchen supplies available to us. Choice of Keurig and drip coffeemaker. Pots and pans galore. The unit was very clean and very nice televisions in each room. In four days we played golf, bicycled, went to the beach, out for dinner and went swimming.
