Stayed Sep 5, 2024“Up the beach “ is an amazing hidden gemeverything in the description is right on. My Family and I enjoyed everything about it all the amenities and especially the view from the back. Its was quiet private clean and spacious, and gave us a beautiful place to be together. Great communication with Marybeth and Tim. We’re very thankful Wood recommend us anyone that would like it. Beautiful place to stay.

Stayed Aug 25, 2024House was awesome! It was very close to the boardwalk and on a quiet dead end street - best of both worlds. The beds were not the most comfortable, that was the only downside.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024Overall the vacation was great. Having Central air was very needed as was very hot the whole time. Great view of the marshes from the back deck. Outdoor shower was extremely usefull.

Stayed Jun 25, 2022My family and I had a fantastic stay! The cottage was just as pictured and was so peaceful and tranquil. It was a great escape at the end of the day, yet still very convenient to the beach and the boardwalk.

Stayed Aug 7, 2021I have been coming to Hampton Beach for 35 yrs and have rented at various locations. This location is nothing short of stunning! Easily the most beautiful, comfortable, stay I have ever had at Hampton. The location is perfect - away from the hustle, making it peaceful and quite at night but just a short walk to the beach making our beach trips super easy with a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old in tow. The view was incredible. The listing was exact as stated, even better actually! The central air was a savior during the heat wave. Even having the two TVs with kid channels was a life savor. To top it off, the neighbors were wonderful! I could go on and on how great this place was. It was home away from home. I can not thank Marybeth enough for sharing her property with us and hoping this will be our forever vacation home.
