Stay in the Old Beach Style Flat Top House! Quick walk to the ocean!

Patrick was so accommodating and friendly. The cottage was cute and had everything we needed for our stay. Good location.

Location was perfect only 50 yards to the beach among alot of other public access locations. Close to many great restaurants. This flat top house was clean and super cute! We really enjoyed our stay.

Cozie, Homey and close to the Beach. We save up for an annual beach break and this spot felt like a home away from home. Close enough to walk and carry a few things to the beach access. My daughter had a ball playing in the water and the sand. And you have a host that cares that you’re comfortable during your stay. Thank You Patrick. And look forward to booking for next summer!

Great location! Easy access to the beach, national parks and shopping. The house was a comfortable place to hang out as we lingered over morning coffee, did a jigsaw puzzle on a rainy day and talked late into the night. Comfy beds and cute decor.

We had a wonderful stay in this very nice beach cottage. It was convenient to restaurants and other attractions. It was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely like to stay here again. Having no steps is a plus for older people.

My best friend and I stayed here. It's everything you need and nothing you don't. Great service too! I texted Patrick for a couple things and he came straight over. Nice fella too! The location is close to the pier and everything else you need. We will be back next year.

The Flat Top cottage was the perfect place for our week long vacation to the OBX. The living room furniture was comfortable and the king bed was amazing. I rarely sleep well the first couple of nights away from home, but I slept great from the first night to the last. The location of the cottage was great for our trips to Manteo, Hatteras, and Kill Devil Hills. The beach was a short walk with two public access points equal distance from the cottage. On our last night, we had dinner at the Dunes Restaurant, which we highly recommend. The food and service was exceptional! Plus, the restaurant is located behind the cottage - an easy walk.
