Stayed Aug 3, 2025The home was perfect for 2 couples. Kitchen well stocked with coffee and tea provided. The house was immaculate and checkin very easy. We will seek out this property for all future trips. Very close to Kentucky Hprse Park. Very tranquil location.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025Even though there were some surprises, there were a lot of positives. The house is absolutely adorable. Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner communicates well and addresses any concerns. Rental is slightly overpriced for the concerns I shared with owner. The neighbors (which are close - surprise #1) are quiet and it’s easy to forget how close they are. Surprise #2, the train track outside the back door. Friday night (middle of night) it came through 3 times blowing horns. Saturday and Sunday were much less and relatively quiet.

Stayed Apr 16, 2025Location was exactly where we wanted between Georgetown & Keeneland. Proximity of train is unfortunate but only went through twice a night & was very quick.
