Stayed Sep 14, 2025This home is in an amazing location with seemingly limitless views of the ocean. Scott was great and easy to communicate with. As a bonus, if you like to cook/grill, the kitchen is built for a chef and there's is a nice (and clean) grill. Highly recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise - it's worth it!

Stayed Jun 22, 2025This lovely cottage has an incredible view from the top floor deck. A quick walk to a fabulous, uncrowded beach makes for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen in the cottage is terrific. The bathrooms are updated and spotless. My sons are 6'5 and 6'4 and they especially appreciated the high ceilings and large couch and love seat.

Stayed Sep 22, 2024WE had a great time. It was the first time my 18 month old grandson played in the ocean and he loved it-even though the water was 60 degrees! The stairs to the beach were a little precarious for us old folk- but doable.

Stayed Sep 17, 2023Fantastic stay. Beautifully appointed house with views to die for! Beach access was so easy and the beach itself was nearly empty and so clean. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Very relaxing and we hope to be back soon.

Stayed Aug 26, 2023This updated house is a step above the typical rental and the ocean views can't be beat. The owner takes great care of the house and was extremely responsive to questions. The beach is just down a small road and some steps. Warning for parents of small children: If you're not familiar with Wellfleet or the Cape, this is an oceanside beach that is fairly steep at this spot with big waves. In fact, there were surfers in this exact location most days that we went there. Your young kids probably won't be playing directly in the waves except during low tide when it flattens out a bit. But this is hardly a problem given the proximity to many other Wellfleet beaches and ponds. Even with our young kids, we still visited this beach every day to walk, play in the sand, or look at the stars.
