Spacious Family Cottage on Osoyoos Lake

Kitchen was well equipped. House was clean. Nice amenities such as the gym and hot tub nearby. Josh responded quickly to our questions.Josh was gracious and was open to making a refund for our trip past the cancellation date due to our concerns for the road conditions from Vancouver to Osoyoos. Thanks Josh for your flexibility!

This is an awesome venue with great amenities. Our family group of seven enjoyed our stay very much here, even in chilly November! We definitely hope to come back.

Great location, spacious and well set up. Would definitely recommend and enjoyed the stay!

The space was lovely and perfect for our group to gather, visit, explore and relax. I would recommend it to others and stay again. The pool was not open anymore and only one of the two hottubs at this place was working so that was disappointing but we still enjoyed the grounds and made use of the walking trails.

The cottage was in an ideal location for our ladies wine tasting get away. We will be thinking of visiting the same location in the future.

Our crew of 8 stayed here for our annual golf trip. We couldn't be happier with the choice. Plenty of room for everyone, great kitchen space for meal prep and dining, very nice lounging areas both inside and out. Great hot tub and pool, too.

This house was a perfect space for a family gathering. The house is spacious and well equipped. The noise does not transfer from room to room, which is great for a large gathering. The complex has so many beautiful amenities from a sandy pool to a lovely complex with pools and a hot tub. We have rented in the Okanagan for 6 years and this spot ticked the most boxes overall.

Excellent location and even better host

We were a group of 3 families, 6 adults and 5 kids, and had a great time here. The house provided ample room, was nicely furnished, and had great amenities. Josh was a great host and very responsive.

Great stay

This is our 3rd time at the cottages, but first time at this house. Our family stayed at this amazing family cottage, there was plenty of space for all 11 of us! Location to the club house, playground and beach were perfect. Access to the golf cart, paddle board and kayaks were amazing something for everyone. Owner was responsive and very easy to connect with. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning.

We were traveling from Vernon to Oliver for a dance competition that was over 3 days and this space was a perfect space for 3 families to rest and our kids ready at throughout our time! There was more than enough space for everyone and would highly recommend for anyone travellingbwith friends

8 of us met at the cottage and spent five nights enjoying the place. Comfy beds, lots of dishes and utensils, and plenty of coffee to be had! We loved time on the lanai and strolling around the complex. Several games of pickle ball were played and hot tubbing every night was a delight. Great communication with Josh, too. We hope to be back!

The cottage is beautiful, we loved having so much space for our large family, and the cottage is well stocked with supplies, dishes, etc. It was so nice to cook for our large group in this kitchen. The cottage community was nice and quiet (we stayed in Oct), and that was perfect for us. Linens and towels were fresh and good quality. The highlights for our family was the walk nearby on the levies/paths and seeing the salmon in the river, the golf cart (so fun!), the hot tub, nearby playground, and of course the beach! Thank you Josh for a fabulous stay! We really hope to be back again soon!

We enjoyed the whole process from beginning to end. This is our second year staying at this property. The house was clean, well equipped and the location in the development is ideal for families with young children, i.e. grassy play area, playground, proximity to 2 pools, hot tub and the beach. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We hope to return next summer!
