Stayed Jan 31, 2025We enjoyed our stay and liked the location, which is close to the main shopping street in Sorrento. The cottage is comfortable and has all modern amenities. The property manager communicated well and provided responsive services. However, the property can be presented more neatly (e.g., the door makes a loud noise when opening and closing. With a bit of oil on the door hinges, the noise problem can be solved easily). Although the property is well-fenced, there is a large gap at the gate entrance, and a small dog can get out easily. It is beyond the property manager's control that the cottage next door had a party starting at midnight. The disco music was so loud. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but the experience could have been more positive.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This place is in a great location, however is incredibly small and we could not sleep as were attacked by mosquitos all night (possibly coming through some gaps in the door or windows as it's an old property). My partner proposed to me that weekend however we had to check out a night early as we couldn't bare the thought of being attacked by mosquitos again so it wasn't a very pleasant experience for us. Unfortunately the communication from the rental agency is not very good either as they offered no apology and no refund or compensation for the night that we didn't stay but paid for. Would stay at one of the hotels next time, they are cheaper, cleaner and offer more privacy. The property didn't look dog proof either as the gate leading to shared driveway didn't close properly and there were gaps under the fences.
