This 640 sqft cozy ranch cottage is situated on a quiet dead-end road. It comes equipped with a full kitchen that opens into the main living area with large windows that look at the Caribou Hills, Longmere Lake and southern exposure. Perfect for your extendedstay or a weekend getaway for 2 solo travelers, a cozy couple getaway or small family. The bedroom has a queen bed and the office a full bed, for 2 private sleeping areas. Cottage is 5-10 minutes from all the popular boat launches- Bings, Moose, Centennial, Pillars, Eagle Rock. 30 to 45 minutes to Upper Kenai River, Kasilof River, or saltwater fishing. 90 minutes to Homer. Parking for single vehicle with overflow vehicle parking or for boat trailers for trout bums coming from Anchorage or the Valley.

A 5 minute drive to Soldotna amenities and popular local eateries, some favorites are- Kenai River Brewing, Addie Camp, St. Elias Brewing Company, and Senor Panchos. Gas station convenience/liquor store walking distance away.
