This cottage was immaculate! The decor was beautiful and made the cottage feel very welcoming. The bed was very comfortable and every detail was thought out. The kitchen had everything you needed and more. We will definitely return as this was one of the best places we have ever stayed!!!!

The property was brand new, in excellent, spotless condition. It served as a great entry spot into the Smoky mountains and activities. Dina was always responsive to our needs or requests. Thank you for an excellent stay!

Just the right size. Nicely decorated. Everything you could need was there. Great instructions. Close to downtown Waynesville and Lake Junaluska. They have great information at the cottage about the area: restaurants, shopping and places to visit. Yard was great for our small dog. Highly recommend!!

Our Brookside Cottage was a great place to enjoy a delightful week in Waynesville. The outside design, with the breezeway in the middle, allows for a quiet and peaceful stay. The inside is warm and welcoming - including delicious homemade cookies - with everything you will need. The full kitchen is well appointed with a nice table to enjoy meals. The living area has a comfortable couch for TV viewing or relaxing in front of the fireplace. The bed was very comfortable. There is also a good sized dresser and bed side tables. A nice, roomy bathroom includes the washer and dryer. We highly recommend the Brookside Cottages if you are looking for a lovely, very clean and comfortable place. It’s convenient to downtown, grocery stores, and restaurants. We will definitely return. Thank you, Dina!

The weather was wonderful! The view from the cottage great! The cottage itself was perfect, they thought of everything.

This cabin was the perfect spot for my wife and I. From the moment we walked in , it was clean and tidy. We were 5 minutes from Waynesville and enjoyed the town and the people. I highly recommend this cabin.

It's the little touches that make places memorable and stand out. My wife and I went here for our anniversary. When we arrived there was cookies and a card from the owners wish us a happy anniversary. Overall the cottage was great conveniently located near everything we needed and loved the Brooke sitting area. Was definitely a pleasurable experience and look forward to staying there again in the future for another romantic getaway.
