Sixpence Cottage is an old fisherman’s cottage built over three floors, situated just a stones throw from the harbour on a historic cobbled lane away from the hustle and bustle, you are just a few minutes stroll to the lively town centre with its galleries, boutiques ,bakeries, restaurants and bars. From the cottage you can easily amble through the characterful streets and explore St Ives harbour, beaches, galleries and coastal history.

Sixpence Cottage is open all year and isideal for those who want to explore beach activities or pick up the coastal path. Porthmeor beach, which is great for surfing is just a few minutes stroll away and there is a shared courtyard for all your beach gear.
Sixpence cottage is also pet friendly and the year round dog beach at Bamaluz is close by.

Sixpence Cottage reflects the artistic heritage of St Ives with its original art works, the kitchen is well equipped for when you want to eat in and there are books, board games, WiFi and digital TVs for cosy times indoors. The cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 adults or a small family.

Sixpence Cottage is tastefully decorated in a comfortable mid-century style to reflect the artistic heritage of St Ives. Built over 3 floors on a listed terrace of old fishermen's cottages located just off the Harbour, you are only a few minutes' stroll to the town centre and main beach of Porthmeor. This fantastic property is quiet and unassuming in its charm.

Ground Floor

Kitchen. Contemporary style with tiled floor, Belfast sink and granite worktops. Electric oven with gas hob, larder fridge, freezer, slimline dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Table and chairs for 4.

First Floor
Sitting room. Furnished with a studio couch (converts to double bed), armchair, rocking chair and window seat, Smart TV, WiFi, footstool, coffee table, books and games. Bedroom 1. Double bed, hanging space. Chest of drawers and wall-mounted Smart TV.
En-suite shower room with WC and wash basin.
Bedroom 2. Spacious twin bedded room with bedside tables, hanging and drawer space. Flat-screen TV and window seat to the front.
En-suite WC and wash basin.
The living areas accommodate up to 4 adults comfortably. Access to all floors via stairs may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Young children are to be supervised.

One dog is accepted on the ground floor only.
