Siesta Key Beach Cottage

This house is in a great location - very close to the beach, and very close to the village. It doesn't have a beach view, but is a very close walk. The rooms were clean and well maintained. It was better looking than we expected. It had a nice lanai, and a shed with stuff for the beach. My family and I had a great time, and would absolutely stay there again.

My expectations were high and this property far exceeded them. It was comfortable, accommodating, filled with everything you need and decorated very tastefully! The location topped it off being a few minutes walk to the beach and to the Village. We'll stay here every time we venture to Siesta Key!!

Beautiful house, everything is practically brand new! The screen room was our favorite for morning coffee before the he beach. Location is top notch- village and beach are practically steps away. The she’d has lots of beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, and wagon to borrow for beach trips. If this place had a pool, our family would book this twice a year!

Wonderful house in a great location. A block to the beach and two blocks to the center of the village. Had everything we needed and more. I’ve been coming to Siesta Key since the 80s and this was the best spot I’ve rented yet. Will definitely be a repeat customer. Nice yard, comfortable furnishings and plenty of room. I couldn’t be happier. The property manager was top notch and was quick to answer any questions.

Very beautiful cottage. Close to both beach and village. Some difficulties with resolution of unexpected technical difficulties related to WIFI.

A great house in a great spot! A quiet location and a short walk to the beach and the village.

Upon arriving on Sunday, we found out that the house was not cleaned yet contacted the manager. She apologized and said the cleaners were gonna show up Monday. Previous rental people left the gas grill empty manager gave us a gift card for 100 and did not charge us for cleanup at the end of our stay. Cottage was nice and close to the beach and only a block and a half away from downtown nice screened in back porch. Everything was clean and re-down after hurricane kitchen was well supplied with pots and pans, silverware, and all sorts of spices, new refrigerator, stove, washer, and dryer.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our family of six. It is only a couple hundred yards from the beach and 5 minute walk from all the shops and restaurants. Great place to stay!

Had a wonderful stay, location to beach as well as the village was perfect! Also enjoyed the amenities that came with the property (screen patio, bikes, washer/dryer, etc).

We had a great time during our stay. The home was cozy and provided all our needs. This stay was just my wife and I but the home would be great for a small family. The beach is essentially a block away as well as the Siesta Key Village. The beach items provided by the house were very useful. We made it to the beach every day, and when it was raining the home provided a relaxing place to wait out the rain.

A small cottage close to beach. There were just two of us for a week. Very clean. Convenient to everything. Beach, dinning, grocery, shopping within walking distance. No need for car. Had a great week of weather. Couldn't have asked for a better place. Thanks for a wonderful time.

We loved everything about this house. It was in walking distance to restaurants, bars and a market that had everything we needed including beer and wine with a liquor store right there. On day one we parked our car and didn't get back into it until we left! My husband and I enjoyed the screened in patio and sat out there quite a bit, we loved using the bikes and it was very close to the beautiful beach. The kitchen has everything you could want/need, in fact it was the best stocked kitchen I have seen in a rental. The beds were comfy, the linens nice and the bath and beach towels were plentiful. The owner was quick to respond to our questions. The shed had a beach buggy, several chairs, umbrellas, float noodles and floats. The house was very clean and smelled good! Having the washer and dryer was a plus and we used it almost daily. We hope to return to this perfect home!
