Shady Pine Landing - Renovated Cottage at Smith Lake, Crane Hill

The property is absolutely perfect. Everything they advertise is spot on, very nice decor with extreme ease of access to the water. We will 100% be booking again and again.

Exactly what we ordered. The HOME is clean and Comfy. Everything you need. Worth the journey, it is definitely remote. Good roads.We loved the Welcome HOSTESS “MAVIS” always showed up for her belly rubs and ear scratches. We Hope to return Soon.

This place was great. The back porch was relaxing and the private, covered boat dock is really nice. The layout allows all guests to have privacy, and the large counter space in the kitchen was convenient.A state boat ramp is 20 mins away by car and boat. We launched our boat there and parked our trailer inside their locked, fenced area for 2.00 per day. It worked great.

We loved everything about our stay at Shady Pines retreat. THE PROS:The owners have put a lot of thought and detail into selecting furnishings and amenities that appeal to a diverse group of travelers, including ample USB chargers, large, plush towels, an assortment of games, and a variety of water toys, floats, chairs and life vests. My normal grow-bored-easily nieces and nephews, ranging from ages 5 through 15, never got bored and (gasp!) got along for the entire trip! We had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy each other’s company, with the boat house (and ping pong table) providing a nice respite, though I will say the breeze from the lake and shade of the trees offered a nice balance to my he July heat. The house is updated and mattresses are extremely comfortable. My mom particularly loved watching the sun set from the deck above the boat house, and the swim deck was a fantastic touch. Check in and out was a breeze and I loved that the cleaning fee covered all the deep cleaning (no long check out list to handle). THE CONS:Nothing. Seriously: nothing. We loved our time and were sad when our stay was up, but we hope to be back soon to make more memories!

Amazing house and property. Perfect place for a weekend trip with friends

We loved our time at your home. It was perfect for our family that includes adult married children and a grand baby. There were so many nice outside areas to enjoy. All of the amenities were top of the line. The property was exactly as it looked in the pictures. It was so clean and well kept. Our family plans on booking another vacation there next year.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. 10 would be perfect! Absolutely beautiful house on a beautiful lot with the best view and access to the lake. This house was super clean and had every thing we could possible need except for food. 7 adults and 2 small children were very comfortable. We will definitely be renting this place again!!!! Absolutely no complaints!

We so enjoyed our stay at Shady Pine Landing! We could not have asked for better hosts, furnishings and accommodations. The beds were so comfy along with the living room seating. The hosts thought of everything we would need. Not far from our home so we will for sure be back!

We had a great stay at Shady Pine Landing. It was only two of us, but the accommodations are well set up for families of different ages. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This beautifully renovated lakeside cottage offers stunning views, modern amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Relaxing around the Solo Stove fire on the rooftop patio while soaking in the tranquil lake views made this getaway unforgettable. The hosts bent over backward to make sure we had what we needed to make this a perfect family getaway.

Cute, peaceful, and clean lake cottage for a getaway. Furnished beautifully and very comfortable accommodations with a great view of the lake. Lots of games to play for a rainy day (and a ping pong table!).

The house is fantastic in all ways. It is beautifully decorated with everything that you need for a great relaxing trip to the lake. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The living space and bedrooms were all comfortable. The outdoor area with the firepit, table and chairs to eat, plus the lake toys that were included were all top notch. They have kayaks, paddle boards, floating lounge chairs, and enough life jackets for the whole family if you don't have any. The location on the lake is at the end of the slough so very quiet and peaceful yet only a few minutes to the marina when you need gas. Our party was 2 families with kids that range from 5 to 14. Everyone had a great time and would highly recommend. You can't go wrong with this one.

This place is absolutely stunning. Perfect amenities, easy lake access, fantastic host, with a 5 star feel. You won't want to stay anywhere else on the lake after staying here.
