OCCUPANCY LIMIT 8 This completely remodeled waterfront cottage has 2 bedroom 2 bath and a bunkhouse. The large flat yard leads directly to the dock in the Northwest River. You can see Sebago Lake and then Sebago town beach from the dock. Enjoy the large firepit with views of the water. Both bedrooms in the main house have Queen beds. The guest house has a twin bed and a twin over full bunk bed. DOG CONSIDERED WITH $125 PET FEE. New house being built next door. Outside will be done by

Stayed Jun 29, 2024Excellent location for my whole family. House is nice and updated. Great bunkhouse for the kids. It was great having the dock, we had a boat tied up to it all week. Owner was amazing and lives close by. Friendly neighbors.

Stayed Sep 1, 2023I took my staff here for an end of summer weekend. The place was absolutely perfect. The space was very clean and filled with crystals that’s a plus! Super close to stores and mini gold. We will definitely be back!

Stayed Aug 21, 2023Camp was gorgeous . Guest bedroom bed was very uncomfortable. Had to sleep on couch. Kitchen table was delaminating and caused scratches on arms. Other than that it was great. Would go back.

Stayed Aug 16, 2023We enjoyed out stay very much. The house is located on a cove which is great for kayaking and fishing. The house is also very clean and just renovated. The owner (not the property manager) lives close by and is extremely friendly and helpful. It is a great place to stay on Sebago.
