Very nice and clean cottage loved the view of it...

Amenities were all in excellent condition, quiet peaceful location set amongst nature.

It is a lovely place to stay. Cozy and clean with everything you could possibly need provided. Loved seeing the gorgeous birds too.

This was our second time staying in this lovely cottage. A great location nestled in the foothills just a short drive to shops and eateries in Apollo Bay, with wildlife literally outside your door. Very comfortable accommodation, with a well equipped kitchen, lots of wood provided for the combustion fire, which kept us toasty warm. The little touches such as pump packs of shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and hand cream, and plenty of fluffy soft towels, really made this feel like a luxury stay. Communication with host was clear and timely which really helps to make the experience stress free. Thanks for another lovely visit!

Gorgeous little cottage only a few minutes from the beach and Main Street.Comfortable and relaxing with beautiful bush views. Well equipped kitchen and warm and inviting wood fire.We had a wonderful relaxed few nights away. Will definitely be back.Host was lovely and gave us great directions easy to get to.5 stars for everything.

This is a great place to stay near Apollo Bay. The garden is full of wildlife including Koalas in the trees and parrots flying around.

We had a lovely weekend here, and were amazed by the location which manages to be just a few minutes drive from the supermarkets of Apollo Bay while still being secluded with trees and wildlife nearby. LeeAnne communicated well and the amenities were as described and perfect for the stay. We had two King Parrots and also Gallaghs visit for seedsweekend, and saw other birds

Upon arrival the fireplace had a fresh fire going, the cottage is so homely and warm. Parrots came in the morning and there was parrot seed readily available to feed them. This was a magical place and so conveniently located! Thank you

The Cottage was in a beautiful setting. Access was good. The bedroom was up two flights of stairs but the toilet and bathroom were downstairs. So access to the toilet was down two flights of steps in the night time. Wooden floors and banisters on steps were very sticky, uncomfortable. The shower head was not centred, but installed too close to the shower door which made the shower heavily flood water all over the bathroom floor. The hot water was very slow to come through and shower was difficult to adjust so we had a cold shower. Both me and my husband found the shower impossible to use and adjust. Taps in the bathroom basin and kitchen sink were loose and wobbly. Spa bath didn't work. Kettle was awkward to fill with water as te kettle was too small for the tap. Fridge ws very noisey at night. We bought a pizza to cook in the oven but we couldn't cook it as there was not a tray to be found in the oven or cupboards. Both my husband and myself found the bed uncomfortably hard and it hurt his shoulders and it hurt my hips badly. So a very mixed feedback from us.

Beautiful peaceful home away from home. Parrots come to say hello and you are surrounded by green hills and the distant view of the sea. It’s like a home- oven, fridge, microwave, fire, all compact and cosy. Highly recommend.

The cottage is quaint and comfortable - perfect for a relaxing weekend away. We honestly loved the place so much, it was so cosy and warm with the wood heater, and completely immersed in the countryside of Apollo Bay.

Our 2nd time staying at Seavalley & I'm certain there'll be a 3rd! Such a lovely location, so close to town. I love hearing the ocean while drifting off to sleep & first thing in the morning. Cottage is very cosy & homely. Having the birds visit on the deck is a lovely touch.
