Sea Spray Cottages were built in 1950. There are 5 cottage in total, each cottage is similar to the others, but unique in its own way.
My wife and I have been operating the SEA SPRAY COTTAGES OBX for vacation rentals since 2009. We run a mom & pop operation, an experience from a day gone-by but thoroughly enjoyed by our guests.

Stayed Jul 10, 2025SeaSpray was a very charming place. 4 cottages grouped together but with plenty of privacy and space. We stayed in Number 4 which is a quaint 1 bedroom. It was spacious yet maintained the era it was built. I would highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next get away.

Stayed Sep 15, 2024Perfect for two people with room to spread out. The private outdoor porch with chairs and table was a nice place to relax. We had not realized that the washer/dryer was in a separate building and shared with the other units, but we had no issues getting a quick load done while there. Communication with owners was quick and easy to answer questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Aug 6, 2024Wanted a place close to the beach for husband’s birthday where he could relax and I could bring both of our dogs. Sea spray cottage 4 was perfect, it was clean and spacious with enclosed back yard for our pups. Fully stocked kitchen, great water pressure in shower (both inside and out) I was within driving distance to multiple access points to beach. Very pleased so we even booked an extra night. Thanks for everything

Stayed Jun 25, 2023We enjoyed our stay at SeaSpray #4. The cottage had all we needed and the property manager was very helpful when we encountered car troubles. The cottage is near everything: beach, food, attractions. Made our stay easy and sweet.
