Santa Rosina, a Beachfront Cottage and legacy of Old Florida!

If you like the old Florida feel like staying at your grandma’s beach house then you will love it. It fills like you are at summer camp! No frills, window AC units that keep the place plenty cool. Great view of the beach/water from the back porch. No highrise condos close by so the beach is not so crowded.

You can't beat the walk down the steps to the beach. Older house but it had everything we needed for a great weekend. We will definitely be back.

My daughter and I often meet here. Ive also stayed here with friends. I think I've rented it about 5 times. Right on the beach! Great place. We like it better than a condo.

Love the backyard most of all, spent a lot of time there. We hated that we had to cut our vacation short but all in all it is a wonderful time spent.

Great location, could be a great beach house it they would install comfortable beds and living room furniture, give the place a good cleaning, the beach house was pretty dirty upon arrival. It was advertised in the description of the beach house that there was cable tvbut there was not. I couldn’t even watch the local abc, cbs, nbc, fox network.

House was right on the beach just like my wife was wanting. Weather was a little off but we had the best time while staying there.

This was our 3rd time to vacation at this property and we just love it. The location, West of PCB, and the view from the back deck are perfect! Johanna is a great host and we can’t wait to stay here next time!

It's quiet, charming, beautiful!

My husband and I love Santa Rosina cottage. I fell like I’m back as a child in my brother’s camp house at the lake. Absolutely loved it. If you need all the modern conveniences then this place is not for you. It was so clean. Towels and sheets smelled fresh and clean. My husband and I moved back to the sleeping porch and slept back there. It was so fun!! Beautiful beach right out your back door!! And not crowded at all Cottage was super clean. Only drawback as we didn’t know we couldn’t bring our dog onto the beach. He was sad he could not go with us anymore but it least we weren’t told until the last day of the trip out on the beach when a wildlife officer rode up and we were told dogs were not aloud on that beach. That was the end of our trip. I should have looked that up. Beside from that it was an absolutely beautiful cottage!! I would recommend this to anyone

Highly recommend staying here! Being directly on the beach was wonderful! The back deck and view of the beach is perfect! The cottage is old but is very comfy and roomy and was perfect for us since we spend most of the day on the beach. Comfy bed and very quiet area. Nice breakfast/lunch cafe directly across the street also! Well stocked kitchen and Weber grill was great for staying in and cooking. Will definitely stay again next summer.

I booked this rental specifically for the deck and the beach access. It was so relaxing, calm and not crowded beach. Everything I was looking for. The only regret was no washer and dryer in rental. Otherwise a perfect spot.

Absolutely loved our time. The cottage is quaint and dated which we found charming. The beach views from the back porch are unbeatable! Communication was quick and super easy with the hosts. Convenient to all local attractions and restaurants but also quiet and out of the busyness of tourists which we loved. Highly recommend!
