This was the best part of the house and provided subtle natural entertainment for our family. You will need a bike and wagon to get your things to the beach.

This villa is absolutely amazing. As soon as you open the door for the first time to the last when it's checkout time, you are awestruck by the beauty of the Kiawah River. The dolphins swimming, birds flying, and the other abundant wildlife roaming just lets your mind be at peace. Even if you don't go to the beach, the Villa offers everything you need to be still and reset. I look forward to going back very soon!

This property is well appointed and clean. The river/marsh views are wonderful. We saw several dolphins off the back deck. The location is close to amenities and great things to do.

Although our particular cottage is in need of refurbishing as done by other cottages , the view at this property far surpasses most. We enjoyed the unobstructed view of daily activities of birds and marine life from our deck. In addition, the location was also very convenient to the beach, community pool, and other Kiawah activities.

This cottage will not disappoint. Location, location, location!! Beautiful views of the river and sunset!! Very comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend!

We had a great time at 49 Sunlet Bend. The cottage has a beautiful view of the Kiawah River and is about a 10 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen had plenty of tools/pans to prepare meals but the cabinets/layout was a bit dated compared to other cottages. Also, ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have been a plus. Overall it is a nice place to stay on the island. We would book it again because of the view alone. You can’t beat it!

The bedding is minimal and needs more pillows, pillow cases, and blankets/duvets. The knives were completely dull and everything was a little grimey. The master shower does not drain. The place could use updating for sure but we love the location and view so we keep coming.
