Great property and the 2 resident marmots in the backyard were a welcome distraction with our morning coffee

It was quiet but I was not aware that there was someone living in the basement.

Beautiful home!! It was a quick trip for us didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful backyard and spend some time outside with my boys!! Maybe next time!!!

Clean, perfect for 2 kids, 3 adults, parking in driveway, nice neighborhood. Small dogs allowed, nice deck and backyard area, indoor games for kids, close to good restaurants.Would definitely book again when in Billings.

WORST experience we have had with a home. SHARED HOME-YOU DO NOT GET THE WHOLE HOUSE!! We were disappointed that when checking “Whole House” that this came up as an option. They put it under “DETAILS/DESCRIPTIONS” which we have never saw before on previous listing’s and confused us and the website. Typically we are very good about checking into every little detail but unfortunately this trip was unexpected and chaotic due to a family emergency for a critically ill parent and I made the reservation sitting in the ICU waiting room with a broken heart and a frazzled brain. I did not read the FINE PRINT. It was disturbing and uncomfortable to show up and realize it was a split level house shared with a person who lives downstairs. They describe this tenant as “quiet.” He’s not. We had an odd schedule due to running back and forth to the hospital and trying to get the most amount of rest we could when the opportunity presented itself. Having a random man’s voice coming through the vents and through the unsecured door that separates you from him is not the most enjoyable or peaceful experience. Naps during the day if he’s there, forget it. We got less sleep in this home than we did at the hotel we went to. Has a ODOR in it. Hits you as soon as you come in the door. I could not tell you what the smell was but it was not welcoming. We ended up going to Walgreens that night even though it was late to buy candles. The fridge when opened smelled like sour milk. First 1 star

Wonder location, cozy, quiet and clean as a whistle.

It was in a quiet neighborhood, house was clean and welcoming.

This was our “home base” while a family member had surgery in a nearby hospital. Lovely, comfortable space at the end of each day.

All was good.

Host was very quick to respond to messages, the third time we have stayed here and it always good!

Rigid and narrow cancellation window. Could only change booking or cancel even for half up to a week before.We drove up through bad roads. Partly because we couldn’t cancel or change our booking and it wasn’t cheap. The driveway wasn’t shoveled and the stairs weren’t shoveled… There was not even a shovel to shovel the driveway or stairs ourselves. They brought one later with some salt, but it was too late.Cute interior design. Fit us all very nicely!Pretty little place, but NOT cleaned well OR up kept in good repair.The whole place stunk because there was old food in the garbage that hadn’t been taken out. Still stunk after we took the trash out the whole night.Toilet was dirty… literally had poop streaks.Huge cobwebs above the front door, with bugs in them.Little things I could have overlooked if it weren’t for the things mentioned above:One light in the kitchen is out. So, there is only one light to cook with in the kitchen.The backyard has a big broken branch that’s laying on top of an electric cable.*unsafe*All the wall hooks are very loose, made me worry I would break one. No sign of the fire pit (maybe under the snow?)Crumbs in the cabinet where the toaster was keptDust and hair in the corners of the bathroom floor & baseboards.Lots of little holes in the walls that haven’t been patched.TV remote was sticky and looked like it had been chewed on.Hole in wall that has wiring in it was just taped over with clear tape.

We stayed one night while on a road trip. The location of the house, fenced yard and patio were really appreciated after a long day on the road. The home was spacious for the two of us and our dogs.

Beautiful area with wild turkeys as a bonus. It was a great place to relax after a busy day getting ready for a weekend wedding. The host was quick to answer questions and has maintained the property in great condition. Close to the airport would highly recommend.

Spacious and bright, with lots of light coming in windows. Open living room and kitchen and big yard with a deck. Good space for multiple family members to commune. Host Meggie was very accommodating.

Perfect!

Hostile and ragged. I sat down on the couch to encounter a raggedy and thin throw. The kitchen sink was badly stained. There was a pile of dirty laundry in one closet. All three of our bedding were stained, and the shower faucet was not in working order. It sprayed water all over the bathroom. I reached out to Meggie, the caretaker, for help, she told me, tie a set of towels around the shower so it doesn't spray so much, use another set of towels to mop up the bathroom, I'd asked about a 6th fork to accomodate a family reunion we were having, she said I could use a plastic fork. Then, near midnight, there was loud commotion of people coming and going through the downstairs, sounded like a party. It woke all 3 of us up. Then we saw the sign that said no enterance, and with the cracker misspelling, immediately understood who we were dealing with, this is the single worst VRBO experience I've ever had. Property needs a major retail, including to property spellers, and management.

Beautiful Comfortable Everything we need in one place.Close to airport and only 30 minute drive to our wedding venue..Morning walks were in the neighborhood were awesome

Overall, the property was super quaint and comfortable. We loved playing in the yard and playing with all of the kids toys around the property. There was some areas of the home that needed a little bit more of a deep cleaning. (Some cobwebs on the ceiling, leftover food in the microwave, and dirt in the corners) Nothing terrible! I wish there was a washer and dryer on the property for guests to use, traveling with kids is messy and it would’ve been nice to be able to clean their clothes.

We enjoyed our stay and had all the amenities of home during our vacation.

The house was very clean and very comfortable. The location was actually quite central to all the locations we went to. Overall, very nice house!!

The lace was very clean and had a good location. We anticipated being able to let our dog run free in the fenced-in backyard. However, woodchucks living under the shed and under the deck which had no skirt was a big problem.

Place was super clean and good location for Billings activities! Everything was amazing, host was readily available, there is a long term renter but other than that everything else was disclosed in the description.

The property was nice the beds were great didn't spend a lot of time there but working the living room TV was kind of a pain because the remote didn't work properly so we had a hard time with that other than that it was great thank you so much would stay there again.

This was overall a nice rental. The only complain was is snowed A LOT and the snow shovel provided was bent to heck, so it was useless!
