Stayed Nov 16, 2023This unit was very pretty and clean. The screen in porch was especially nice. Kitchen had plenty of glassware and dishes. My suggestions would be that the queen bed is over due for a new mattress and the livinging area furniture needs the upholstery cleaned. I would stay again.

Stayed Jul 15, 2023Not too small, and not too big. This cute property was just five minutes from a quiet Sea Pines beach. The check-in process was easy and the spacious villa was a perfect size for a family of four. The quiet street was a nice respite for our small dog, too.

Stayed Jul 23, 2023Loved this rental! Our family of 4 stayed for a week and it was the perfect size for us. Mike was responsive to all of our questions leading up to our stay. He even messaged us during it to check on how we were doing which I greatly appreciated. The house was very clean and the outdoor deck is perfect for enjoying morning coffee! The beach (which is very clean and not at all crowded) was in walking distance and there was a cart available to help take beach chairs and toys down to the beach. Overall, we would stay at this location again. Highly recommend!!

Stayed Jun 10, 2023Mike’s place was just as described and pictured. It was Very clean with all the extras such as beach chairs, beach cart, sand toys, etc. the walk to the beach is just across the street and down the walk so about 5 minutes and easy trek with the beach cart. Community pool is also nice for the kids. Owner was very prompt with response to messages. We very much enjoyed and would book again.
