Stayed Oct 9, 2025The small cottage in the hosts’ back yard is an awesome setting right on the Indian River. It’s very relaxing to sit in the screen porch or deck and watch the River and the sailboats and birds. Also there’s a great view of rocket launches from Cape Canaveral some 30 miles away.

Stayed Aug 25, 2025It was nice and clean. We had pans for anything we wanted to cook—plenty of room in the refrigerator and freezer. There are also ice cube trays with ice. The patio door has a deck with a view of the Indian River Lagoon. Great view. The sidewalk runs alongside the owner's home. Takes you right to it. It might seem like you are trespassing, but it is the correct way to access.
