Recently Renovated Historic Cottage Located in Beaufort

A beautiful house in a beautiful city. Very very close to restaurants and shops and the water! We loved our stay. Our host couldn’t have been more helpful! No problems at all.

We came to Beaufort to celebrate my youngest daughter’s upcoming wedding. It was a bridesmaids and Mom’s girls trip. This house was perfect! Plenty of space for eating together, watching movies together, playing games together, and laughing together. As well as spacious comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathroom space. The location could not have been better. We walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go! Everyone was already talking about when we could come back and stay again!

Amazing! Our host was responsive and made the entire process seamless. She was also kind. Beautiful home with everything you need. Great bathrooms, Awesome kitchen and nice dining room table for shared meals. We hope to return to this exact property in the future.

Comfort, location, host- this property has it all! I always bring paper products and personal items because you just never know what you’ll find at a rental, but Courtney provided everything we needed! There was plenty of room in the comfortable living room for all of us to hang out. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and to sit comfortably around the large table. There’s a precious coffee shop, magnolias, that’s easily within walking distance that had great coffee and breakfast. It’s just a couple of blocks to walk downtown to the amazing water. We had the best weekend!

The house was in excellent condition and perfect for our stay. The host was communicative and included special touches that made it special. Perfect for our family of 8 for a marine corp graduation.

This home was so inviting and comfortable! They rooms, layout, location were all perfect for our family to stay in while celebrating a Marine Corp graduation. Everything was comfortable, the host was quick to respond to questions, and the location was quiet, walkable, and not too far from base.

This was the best location for our family to gather for our Marine's graduation. Our host communicated with me and went above and beyond for our family. I highly recommend staying here for the location, the accommodations, the most comfortable beds, and the wonderful host. Stop looking and just book it!

Wonderful stay. Loved sitting on front porch rocking chairs and playing games with family on large dining room table. Quiet neighborhood. Able to walk to downtown and water front. Home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed.

In town with our team of dragonboaters for tha annual festival at Henry C Chambers waterfront park. This gave us a great place to settle in while in town.

Absolutely gorgeous house, remodeled to perfection, that's an easy 10 minute walk to historic downtown. We loved our stay, and our family of 5 was very comfortable eating in, relaxing together, and sleeping well on this quiet street. Beds are very comfortable and kitchen is well appointed. Started out with given the wrong house code. After getting no call from Courtney for 30 minutes, I called customer support at VRBO.Finally a call was returned with a workable code. House was as described. First night the smoke detectors started beeping. Put a call into Courtney. She answered my text and sent a maintenance person to change the batteries. Unfortunately this didn’t fix the problem. I sent another text and was told a maintenance person would return. This didn’t happen. The chirping continued….I haven’t heard from Courtney even after letting her know we had checked out.

This home is absolutely amazing, true to the charm of Beaufort, SC. It is within walking and driving distance of restaurants, historic sites and the waterfront. The owner of the home was so wonderful. For many of us, communication is key. She answered any questions we had and responded right away. The home is equipped with everything that you will need. They even provided a book with local restaurants and their menu. You can tell that the host places the experience of thier guest as a top priority. There was a book inside where you can write a note to the host or future guest. It was amazing to see how many people have visited and their wonderful experience.I will be returning. Thanks again for everything and allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Great house! The pictures shown do not do this house justice. Great layout with 3 bedrooms and another separate room with a trundle bed. It was more than perfect for the 6 of us. Also, an easy walk to Bay Street! We look forward to renting this house again

We came for our son's bootcamp graduation. Spacious, clean, and so close to downtown (less than 10 minutes by foot). The house is old and full of that character. Super easy check in and out. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

My daughter graduated PI this week. The house location was perfect! Everyone was able to rest peacefully and have a great time in a comfortable space!

Loved the cute house in a quiet neighborhood. It was walking distance to the restaurants and waterfront park. Love the shops on Bat street. We were here for the graduation but wish I could’ve stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable and the place is beautifully decorated and feels like home. And the host is fabulous. We had the best time !!

This was our second stay in this house and it did not disappoint. The owner leaves thorough instructions and info on places to eat and things to do. The rooms are nice and spacious and decorated beautifully. The washer and dryer are always a plus. I highly recommend staying here!
