Stayed Aug 31, 2024This small cottage is perfect for a couple with small children or two couples who enjoy each other’s company. It’s a small space, but suited us perfectly. Nice to walk to restaurants and the beach. Wellfleet is a nice, relaxed location.

Stayed Aug 19, 2023Location is amazing! Cottage is tiny but good for a couple or small family. Everything worked well inside the cottage. The owner did leave their belongings in the tiny home. We had no closet and had to move their things out of the one dresser to put our clothes away. Also, the master bed was very uncomfortable and very bright due to the (many) neighbors’ lights. This room could use some enhancements.

Stayed Aug 5, 2023This cottage was very well cared for. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The furnishing is all very nice and comfortable. And you can’t beat the location!! Walk to restaurants and bay beach right the across street.

Stayed Jun 18, 2022This cozy cottage on Wellfleet bay was perfect for our family. Restaurants, walking trails, beach, and a neighborhood park all within walking distance. The space is modest but it was all we needed. The sheets and towels process was a little cumbersome but outside of that Kinlin Grover was very communicative and quickly resolved any issue we had. The perks of staying at one of their properties certainly outweighed making our own beds!

Stayed May 30, 2022This cottage oozes Cape Cod charm. More to the point, it's comfortable, within walking distance of great restaurants, cycling distance of the CCRT, down the street from a park with skateboarding, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, and a playground, and across the street from a beautiful beach. Even though the weather was gloomy and cold most of our stay, we had a great time.
