Stayed Aug 2, 2025This location is perfect for a family or families with young kids. The house is right on Rust Pond. Rust Pond is clean and quiet, and kids can swim, kayak, and paddle board right off the dock. The location is close enough to Wolfeboro Center for a quick car ride, but far enough away to avoid the commotion. Host was great, everything was easy.

Loved dining out on the deck and sitting on the dock at sunset just beautiful.Availability of the kayaks and paddle boards was a plus.Although there were several fans available, the addition of a couple of window AC units would have added to the comfort and enjoyment of our stay.

Stayed Aug 12, 2023This was our first stay at this property and it was wonderful. It was perfect for the ages and interests of all our children and grandchildren. There are plenty of opportunities for kayaking,fishing, games, puzzles, reading, cooking and just plain relaxing on the lovely screened-in porch, taking in the lovely view of the pond. It is clean and well-appointed. We have stayed in a few vacation homes over the past 20 years while our family has expanded, thus needs have changed. This one met them all and we are returning next year by popular demand. Thank you.
