My family loved this cute little house that was conveniently close to Warren Dunes State park. It made staying at the beach a perfect pleasant with all the amenities you would have at your own home.

The home was very good for our needs — two adults, two kids. Plenty of space to spread out but also a great dining table to gather around. The all season room was quite comfortable to relax in. The beach and lake were nice, but weather worked against us. A couple of cloudy, rainy 70 degree days made the water feel even cooler than expected.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean, comfy and had all of the essentials items that we needed. Nice fire pit out back, and we enjoyed the daily turkey & deer visiting. The private beach just a short walk or drive from the house was beautiful! We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area.

We enjoyed our time with family at the tower hill cottage: quick walk to the beach, room for game playing. We loved the back yard!

Nice cottage that looks like the photos. Great backyard! We loved eating at outside and watching the family of wild turkeys stroll through the backyard. S'mores around the fire pit at night. Sunroom is great! Even though it is only a 2 bedroom we never felt cramped because of the 3 family rooms. We didn't realize there was no dishwasher- we would have brought more paper plates. They did have 3 bikes to use and bocce ball and board games. Short bike ride to Peasants Pantry bakery and then to the Historian cocktail lounge in the evening. Once we figured out the shortcut to the beach that was a nice walk. We loved staying at the cottage. Worked nicely for our family of 5

This was a great little house close to some great beaches and trails for our weekend of outdoor fun. The property itself had much to enjoy; a clean & thoughtful layout, ample yard space, and a cozy fire pit to enjoy our evenings. We would definitely look to stay here again if we were ever back in the area.

Overall, it is a nice place to stay. We would probably return next year. The only flaw , if you want to call it that, is the front door. It's a little hard opening and it could be the rug that goes to the door that may be causing a rough opening. Other than that everything was fine. We particularly loved the sun room. Nice place to relax and watch TV. Maybe the next time we visit there will be a hot tub.
