Quiet One-Bedroom Cottage with Deck in Walkable Neighborhood

This cottage was very comfortable and clean. It is located in a great neighborhood. There were lots of shops, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The cottage is on a quiet side street off the main boulevard that goes through the area. Green Lake is in easy walking distance. I will definitely stay here again when I am in Seattle!Even though I do not know about skiing in the area, the review required a rating so I gave it a 5

The location is amazing and Linda was friendly and helped us get settled when we arrived. The cottage was cozy and felt great to relax after long days of exploring Seattle. We would definitely stay again when we come back into town!

Linda’s cottage is truly a home away from home - and this was my fourth time calling it home. Walking distance to Fred Meyer & Trader Joe’s, a short jaunt to Green Lake and a ton of restaurants/coffee shops/bars within a short stroll from the cottage.

Our host was awesome and gave us a quick tour when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked and we didn’t even have to buy coffee to brew.

Kitchen fully equipped, great location. . Owner very Markets, bars, restaurants all within easy walking. Only issue was normal seattle parking issue owner very helpful and attentive

Linda’s place was amazing! It was the perfect space to relax and the location couldn’t have been better. She was so thoughtful of us traveling with our little one and very accommodating.

We loved everything about this property! It’s super cute, cozy and has everything that you need. The neighborhood is amazing as well. Very walkable. Green Lake Park is a short walk away and a lovely place to spend a morning. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.Linda is a great host and is always available if you need her.

This was my 3rd stay at Linda’s cottage. She is amazing, the cottage comes fully loaded with all sorts of amenities, and the vibe in Phinneywood is incredible. 10/10.

Everything about this place is fantastic. The residence is a nice little one bedroom. Everything was spotless. The bed was comfortable. There was a washer and dryer for us to use. The owner was very easy to work with. And the neighborhood had everything you would need within walking distance. Very hip and trendy.

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage in a clean neighborhood in walking distance of many restaurants and grocers.

We enjoyed our six nights at Linda's sweet cottage. It was spotlessly clean, very quiet and comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely recommend her place to others and hope to return here on our next visit to Greenwood!

Linda's cottage is perfect. It had everything your own home would have. We enjoyed how close it was to all our family and hope to stay there again when we're in town.

This location is ideally suited for my wife and I. We stayed here before and will again. The location is clean, quiet, and centrally located.

Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable and functional. Good privacy - a separate unit in back of the owner’s house. Walkable or a short drive to lots of restaurants and shops.

The host is very nice. The place was clean and the neighborhood seemed very nice. When we arrive the host told us the toilet was making noises and parts were on order but that it would not be fixed during our stay. The refrigerator is an older unit and was a bit loud. Parking is on street parking and at times we had to park a full block away which was a bit of an inconvenience, especially with the Seattle weather

Very pleasant. Tastefully furnished. Really nice neighborhood and cottage felt Uber-homey and secure.

The perfect spot for me. I was visiting family in the Ballard area which was very close by. The space was inviting, clean and very comfortable. I enjoyed having the extra fans and also having the extra lighting for security during late night entry. I would definitely stay here again!

This marked my 2nd stay here in the span of a year - and both visits were impeccable! Linda is a terrific host and I recommend this spot to anyone who comes to visit Seattle.

We booked Linda's guest house while in Seattle for a family wedding. We spent the majority of our time away with the fam, but while in the cottage we thoroughly enjoyed it! Very clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The bed is comfortable, pillows too, with extra blankets and pillows available. Nice little living area with TV, plus a full mini kitchen and a bathroom with body wash, shampoo, conditioner provided. Plenty of towels too. Walkable neighborhood to restaurants and even the grocery store is not too far a walk. The place was lovely and we would stay there again.
