Quaint Cottage, Closse To Center Of Wolfeboro

Check in was very easy, the house was clean and inviting. There were a few kitchen tools that would have been nice to have (non-stick pam spray, dish drainer for washing dishes) Loved the back porch area. Spacious bathroom. Would definitely come back!

We stayed here last summer and loved it so we wanted to come back. This year my husband and I brought my 89 year young Dad and my sister. Dad came with us last year and wanted to book again for our stay in Wolfboro. The house is well equipped, right down to cofffe, cookies. paper goods and a welcome bottle of wine!! We came up to Wolfeboro for our sons' Visiting Day weekend. We wanted to find something close to Wolfeboro and Alton and fortunately this house was available. It was very clean and modern and the owner, Heidi, was very responsive to a few questions I had. The house had everything we needed and we all slept well on the comfy beds and enjoyed our weekend there!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Cottage in Wolfboro. The house is cozy, nicely furnished and very well equipped. Linens including towels and even beach towels are provided. Heidi even left a bottle of wine and homemade cookies!! She is very responsive and came in a flash when we had a question about the stove. The cottage is minutes away from downtown Wolfboro, making it so convenient yet private. We will recommend it to family and friends and plan to come back! Jeff and Linda Snell August 2018

We really enjoyed our stay and really wish that we had budgeted more time at Lake Winnipesaukee. We would book this property again.

We are a small family of three from CA so this was the perfect rental for us to stay near family and close to town for our yearly visit. This rental is modern with updates throughout the house. It's extremely clean which we loved! Heidi (the owner) had all the extra amenities that are so important when traveling especially with a toddler. She even brought over toys for our daughter, had a bed rail in place, a small rocking chair, and a step stool for potty training. Heidi had chocolate chip cookies, a bottle of wine, a fully stocked coffee area, and clear instructions on the AC/heat etc. Heidi was so great and answered any questions we had. Truly accommodating. It was nice to have toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, soap, fresh new towels, beach towels were available in a beach bag, and clean and new kitchen utensils. Some rentals in this area do not even have 1/2 of these things. It was so nice not having to spend a day cleaning the rental and figuring out exactly what we need to buy. During this trip all we needed to purchase was food and visit with family. The rental has great natural lighting, comfortable seating, and lots of closet and drawer space. No doors are locked and everything is just so easy here. You feel like the place is truly yours for your time there. We even had family over for a BBQ one night. My Father-in-law is in a wheel chair so this place is also handicap accessible. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Thank you Heidi and family for a great stay!
